Private: natural state property 5'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2.4 km, bus stop "Lesparre-Medoc" 1.6 km, sandy beach "Plage Pin Sec, Naujac-sur-Mer" 19.5 km. Riding stable 7 km, fishing possibilities 13 km. Nearby attractions: Bordeaux 65 km, Royan (par le bac) 45 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.
"Babelle", 4-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), box-room. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit viel Sinn für Details. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit Heizung, W-Lan und (deutsches) TV. Der Garten ist wunderbar und die Lage garantiert ein ruhiges Wohnen.

Ein schönes, idyllisches Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr große, eingezäunte Grundstück, was für aktive Kinder und Hund einfach perfekt ist.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist in seiner Lage unglaublich schön! Ringsherum nur Felder und Wiesen, Kühe und Natur. Was im Inserat leider nicht erwähnt wird, ist das an den Garten angrenzende Vogelgelände des Vermieters, auf dem Enten, Gänse und Hühner leben. Wer also auf ständiges Geschnatter und Kikeriki steht, ist dort genau richtig. Auch der Geruch ist manchmal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Haus selber ist so wie beschrieben, etwas weniger Dekoration wäre allerdings mehr gewesen. Sauberkeit war ok, die Betten waren allerdings ziemlich durch gelegen. Trotzdem war Bettzeug und Matratze sauber. In der Küche war soweit alles in Ordnung. Wie immer im Urlaub fehlen scharfe Messer… Die Lage zum Ort ist super, mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten ist man in der Stadt und beim Bäcker. Der Metzger an der Hauptstraße ist sehr zu empfehlen! Auch alle Supermärkte sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Man hat gute Anbindung an alle Wege, sowohl zur Gironde als auch zum Meer. Das Gartengrundstück ist entgegen der Beschreibung wirklich komplett umzäunt, unser junger Hund konnte nicht weglaufen! Nach drei Wochen Urlaub waren wir sehr gut erholt. Die Übergabe mit dem Vermieter (spricht wirklich nur französisch) war sowohl bei der Anne als auch bei der Abreise unproblematisch.

Ein sehr schönes, großes Gunds...

Ein sehr schönes, großes Gundstück und besonders hübsches Haus in ruhiger Lage mit einer guten Infrastruktur. Leider setzt sich dieser Eindruck so im Inneren nicht fort. Einfache Ausstattung, aber alles vorhanden. Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Das Sofa auf dem Wohnraumfoto ist durch ein anders ersetzt worden (leider mit sehr niedriger Rückenlehne). Der antike Wohnzimmerschrank ist für Geschirr ungeeignet; er riecht sehr muffig, ebenso die Küchenregale. Reisetipps: Günstig und gut sind die zwei Restaurants in Gaillan : tabletartine und La blé Noir.

Die Besitzer haben eine neue Sitzgruppe gekauft und die Fotos sind aktualisiert worden. Die Vorhänge der offenen Küchenregale werden regelmäßig gereinigt.

Mehr schein als sein. Es gab in diesem Haus keine Reinigungsmittel (First Kid).Die gesamten Küchenutensilien waren sehr alt und schmutzig. Die Internetnutzung war nicht möglich. Es wurden in der Buchungszeit Dachdecker arbeiten durchgeführt. Eine Nutzungder Sonnenliegen wie auf dem Foto in der Beschreibung war nicht möglich es fehlten an Auflagen. Der Zustand der Sauberkeit im Haus war ein Desaster überall Hundehare und große Staubflusen. In der Beschreibung wurde auf die Hunde der Besitzer aufmerksam gemacht diese waren nicht störend, aber man hätte erwähnen müssen das es dort beim Besitzer viel Geflügel gibt Enten ,Gänse, Hühner usw. Die gehörig von ihren Stimmen gebraucht machten.

Der Vermieter hat auf dem Dach die WLAN Antenne reguliert, da der WLAN- Empfang sehr schlecht war. Dachdeckerarbeiten wurden nicht durchgeführt. Aufgrund von Sprachschwierigkeiten war die Verständigung vor Ort schwierig.
