Public parking on the road. Shop 200 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Plage de Morgat" 10 m, indoor swimming pool 100 m. Marina 1.2 km, sailing school 1.2 km.
"Les Embruns", 3-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the terrace. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the sea, the port and the bay. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Herrliche Lage

Das Haus hat eine unglaublich schöne Lage. Die Terasse ist groß und direkt am Meer. Bäckerei und Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber uns hat es nicht gestört.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, sie ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist renoviert, die Terrasse ist klasse. Lediglich der Wasserdruck war im Bad etwas schwach. Leider gab es keinen Garten/Rasenfläche zur Nutzung, wie es in der Beschreibung bei Interchalet angekündigt war. Das ist der einzige Punkt, den wir bemängeln. Ansonsten haben wir uns gut erholt und hatten dort eine schöne Zeit.

Traumhaftes Haus am Meer

Es was alles da, was wir für 14 Tage Urlaub brauchten. Die Lage ist einmalig. Kein Fernseher, Radio und kein WLAN. Super. Kommen gerne wieder.

Leider ist das Haus mittlerweile an einer Wand nass und es dringt am Kamin und einem Fenster Wasser ein bei regen Eine Renovierung an dieser Stelle wäre zu empfehlen Wir waren schon einige male in diesem haus , werden es gerne weiterhin buchen

Das fünfte Mal

Immer wieder kommen wir gerne nach Morgat und das schöne Ferienhaus. Diesmal nicht vom Bodensee, sondern aus dem hohen Norden. Die Strecke lohnt sich und man kann super abschalten. In wenigen Minuten ist man in Crozon, Le Fret oder Camaret. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon in Planung.

Das Haus liegt klasse. Direkt ...

Das Haus liegt klasse. Direkt hinter der Mauer der Terasse beginnt das Meer. Wir waren im Mai dort – außerhalb der Saison – von dem Hotel direkt daneben haben wir quasi Nichts mitbekommen. Der Strand stört auch überhaupt nicht.Leider funktioniert der Kamin nicht wirklich. Er brennt zwar, aber wärmt nicht, sondern erzeugt nur kalten Rauch. Die Räume waren im Mai auch etwas klamm und nur über die Elektroheizungen zu heizen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Wir waren jetzt seit dem Jahre...

Wir waren jetzt seit dem Jahre 2005 bereits zum 6. Male in "unserem Haus am Meer" zu Gast. Seit dieser Zeit hat sich einiges getan,Bad und Gästetoilette sind ansprechend renoviert, die Küche ist ok und etc. Die Terrasse mit einem einzigartigen Blick aufs Meer ist sehr schön angelegt. Das Haus steht wie im Prospekt beschrieben wahrlich mit den Füßen im Meer. Reisetipps: Es sind sehr schöne Wanderungen entlang der Küste möglich und auch muss für "Radfahrer" die Zeit nicht langweilig werden. Manchmal genügt auch ein Terrassen–Tag mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht mit Ebbe und Flut etc.

Wunderschöne Lage mit freiem B...

Wunderschöne Lage mit freiem Blick auf die Bucht. Gut ausgestattes Haus mit viel Stauraum in den Einbauschränken. Das benachbarte Hotel stört überhaupt nicht. Der direkte Weg zum Strand ist nicht für jedermann geeignet aber gleich nebenan ist der öffentliche Weg.Im Haus ist das Duschbad sehr schön renoviert, allerdings ist aus Platzgründen die Duschkabine sehr klein ausgefallen sodass etwas stattliche Personen sich sehr schlank machen müssen um in die Kabine zu kommen. Auch das Wasser läuft dort etwas spärlich. Das ist aber auch alles was negativ anzumerken ist. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen wieder und können dieses Haus allen empfehlen die auf Radio, Fersehen und Internet verzichten können. Reisetipps: Das Haus ist am Ortseingang von Morgat gelegen, zum Einkaufen fährt man ca. 2 km nach Crozon, die Restaurants sind ca.1 km entfernt. Mit dem Auto aber auch zu Fuss kann man die beeindruckende Küstenlandschaft der Halbinsel geniessen.
