Schönes kleines Appartement

Schönes kleine Appartement in Pléneuf-Val-André. Es ist einfach aber ausreichend bestückt. Mit Teenagern ist eine Wohnung ohne WLAN allerdings etwas problematisch;-) Etwas mehr Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer im Wohnzimmer (mindestens 4)wären schön. Sehr nette Vermieter, sprechen gut englisch, ein bisschen deutsch. Man fühlt sich sicher und gut aufgehoben Mit kleineren Kindern zu empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und modern ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über einen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, Schlafraum mit Doppelbett (140 Meter), separates Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, separate Toilette sowie einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus vorhanden. Alle Bilder entsprechen auch dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Tolle, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit einem netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch in der Küche alles gefunden, was wir brauchten.

Sehr schöne, saubere und ruhig...

Sehr schöne, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft für 2 Erwachsene (evtl. + 1 Kind) Liegt zentral im Osten der Bretagne. Großer Kühlschrank für den Käse und die Weinflaschen :)) oder Weinschläucheund extra Gefrierschränkchen. Der Balkon ist ideal für laue Sommerabende. Wir haben die zwei Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben, weil uns die franz. Betten zu klein sind. Eine große Gaderobe ist jetzt vorhanden. Genug Utensilien sind in der Küche vorrätig. Allerdings hatten die Töpfe keinen Deckel. Das macht aber nichts, weil wir uns auf den Märkten,in den Bäckereien und Restaurants gut versorgt haben. Auch die Käsetheke und das Fischangebot im Supermarkt ist sehr gut. Allerdings ungewöhnliche Öffnungszeiten. Mittags überall, auch anderswo, geschlossen zwischen 12.30 und 14.30 Uhr. Kreditkarte sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben damit fast überall bezahlt. Es geht natürlich auch in bar. Wir haben nichts vermisst und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. WLan soll wohl 2018 kommen. Whats App funktioniert. Der freundliche Vermieter hat uns alles auf englisch erklärt. Ein bisschen deutsch konnte er auch. Reisetipps: Schöne Spaziergänge an der Küste möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Dienstags ist Markt in Pleneuf und freitags in Val Andre. Für uns alles fußläufig zu erreichen.Wir haben Ausflüge an die Rosa Granitküste gemacht. St. Malo und Le Mont St. Michel sind ein Muss! Erquy hat auch sehr gute Restaurants am Hafen. Lamballe, Moncontour, Dinan, Cap Erquy, Fort la Latte, Cap Frehel sind u.a. empfehlenswert. Aneinem Donnerstag sind wir ab St. Malo zur Insel Jersey gefahren. (umgerechnet ca. 86 EUR) Dort am Hafen haben wir uns für eine Rundreise interessiert. Die Reiseanbieter war sehr aufmerksam und haben uns sofort in eine deutsche Reisegruppe integriert. Solch eine Buchung war in St. Malo nicht möglich, das muss man vor Ort machen. Nach Le Mont St. Michel haben wir uns früh auf den Weg gemacht, damit wir nicht im Touristengetümmel landen. Wir gehörten zu den erstenBesuchern. Das war auch gut so. Im Kloster waren wir mit einem Audioguide unterwegs und konnten die "leere" Anlageerkunden. Gott sei Dank war es noch nicht voll. Die Touristenströme kamen uns erst beim Abstieg entgegen. Pleneuf Val Andre liegt zentral um schöne Ausflüge in dieser Region zu machen.

Sehr schöne, saubere und moderne Wohnung. Zum wunderbaren Sandstrand geht man nur ein paar Minuten. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar oder mit dem Fahrrad. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhig gelegenen Privatanlage, mit Schranke gesichert. Familiäre Atmosphäre. Reisetipps: Cap Frehel, Fort La Latte, St. Malo und Dinard. Ebenfalls für einen Tagestripp empfehlenswert ist Le Mont St. Michel. Es gibt sehr viele seichte Sandstrände. Am Hauptstrand von St. André ist ein Wassersportzentrum. In der gesamten Region kann manwunderbar Fisch und Meeresfrüchte essen!

Nutzung der Spülmaschine nötig– Energiekosten! Anlage gepflegt– kurze Wege zu Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten! Reisetipps: Zentral gelegen– Ausflüge nach Cap Frehel, St. Malo und ggf. Mont– St– Michel (ca. 1 h Fahrt– zentraler Parkplatz für Pkw 6,50 €/ Tag– dann Shuttle) o.k.
