Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ...

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gut angelegt. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und das Team an der Rezeption ist freundlich und bemüht. Der Frühstücksdienst ist super. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Pflege der Anlage (gesperrte/ baufälligen Treppe) könnte etwas besser sein und bitte die Endreinigung in den Mietpreis einschliessen und gründlich/ professionell reinigen lassen, damit eine ordentliche Reinigung und Instandhaltung durch den Vermieter gewährleistet ist. In unserer Wohnung roch es stark nach Fisch – derVormieter hat wohl die Küche (Kochplatte und gefliesster Kochbereich) nach Gebrauch nicht gründlich gereinigt... Das Team von der Rezeption war jedoch sehr freundlich und hat uns sofort mit Raumdeo ausgeholfen, bis dass wir mit Nachputzen die Verschmutzungen entfernt hatten.

Wir waren im Erdgeschoss in ei...

Wir waren im Erdgeschoss in einer sehr muffigen Wohnung untergebracht. Der Geruch nach altem Keller stoch einem gleich beim Aufschliessen in die Nase und auch die bereits aufgestellten Lufterfrischer konnten nichts gegen diesen ausrichten. Die Einrichtung war gut gebraucht aber ok, die Sauberkeit ließ jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Wenn wir einen Staubsauger zur Verfügung gehabt hätten, hätten wir wenigstens gegen die Vielzahl der Spinnenweben und Insekten vorgehen können. Den Dreck von der Terrasse, den wir unwillkürlich mit jedem Betreten der Wohnung einschleppten, konnten wir wenigstens täglich mit Handfeger und Kehrschaufel beseitigen. Die Schlösser an den Terrassentüren müssten dringend gewartet werden, die klemmten ohne Ende und die Herdabdeckung ist ganz lose, was in Deutschland gar nicht zulässig wäre. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung kein zweites Mal beziehen. Die Damen an der Rezeption und der Hausmeister sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reisetipps: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es ist schattig, wenn es heiß ist und direkt gegenüber vom wunderschönen Badesee. Herrlich wenn das Wetter dazu passt.

Die Wohnungen sind sehr unters...

Die Wohnungen sind sehr unterschiedlich. Wenn man gerne etwas Privatsphäre hat, sollte man eine Wohnung im 1. Stock wählen.Wir waren das zweite Jahr in Folge dort. Leider kann man in diesem Jahr schon den beginnenden Verfall des Areals beobachten. Gärtenwerden nicht mehr richtig gepflegt. Die Treppen zum Parkplatz sind seit 1 Jahr nicht repariert und folglich gesperrt. In den Wohnungen werden defekte Einrichtungsgegenstände nicht repariert oder ersetzt. Lampen gab es keine mehr, nur noch nackte Glühbirnen. Klopapierhalter irgendwann abgerissen und nicht erneuert. 4 Bodenplatten der Holzterrasse locker und verschoben.Insgesamt eigentlich schade, da die Lage sowie das initiale Konzept der Anlage wirklich toll sind. Positiv ist das nette Team an der Rezeption hervorzuheben, die bei Problemen jederzeit behilflich sind. Reisetipps: Unbedingt Fahrräder mitbringen. Die Radwege durch die Pinienwälder sind sensationell.

nous avons passé un bon séjour, petite residence en face du lac de lacanau , top, le personnel est très sympa , logement bien agencé , petit bémol sur le ménage(toile d araignée) et sur la quantité de vaisselle un peu juste , Je recommande cette residence

Les logements sont plutôt sympas et bien conçus mais l'entretien laisse à desirer: fils dénudés, toiles d'araignées dans les rideaux, salon de jardin pas propre.... bien dommage!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, alles sauber mit einer schönen Terasse

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Allerdings liegt sie nicht in Lacanau Ocean sondern in Moutchic. Dies ist direkt am See Lacanau, bis zum Meer sind es allerdings ca- 8 km. Die Lage am See ist allerdings traumhaft wenn mann gerne schwimmen geht.
