Very beautiful, comfortable country house "Tenuta Margherita", 2 storeys, detached, built in 1905, renovated in 2021, surrounded by trees and vineyards. 1.5 km from the centre of Portacomaro, 4 km from the centre of Asti, outside the resort, 30 km from the centre of Alba, in a sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), south-west facing position. Private: property 3'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 4 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Portacomaro" 1.5 km, railway station "Asti" 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Im Original war das haus mit Pool noch schöner als im Portal. Alles sehr großzügig - wir waren 8 Erwachsene und hatten noch massig Platz. Vermieter sehr nett und freundlich - alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

"Ein italienischer Traum!

Die Villa Tenuta Margaritha ist wunderschön gelegen, mit Sonne von morgens bis abends. Liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Pergola, der Pool und die Liegen laden zum Verweilen ein. Perfekt für Familien – auch mit 10 Erwachsenen hat alles wunderbar funktioniert, selbst die Durchgangszimmer. Einfach traumhaft!"

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. In der Anlage hatte es Wanzen die z.Teil auch in die Wohnräume gelangten. Mann musste auf der Hut sein.

Fantastisch verblijf in een Italiaans pa

Ons vakantieverblijf in Tenuta Margarita was ongelooflijk mooi. We hebben er allemaal enorm van genoten. Het huis was nieuw en prachtig gerenoveerd. Overal in elke kamer airco. Een echte luxe. Goeie matrassen waardoor we goed uitgerust waren om de streek te verkennen. Het zwembad is een echte meerwaarde. De kinderen konden zich goed uitleven als we eens een dagje ter plekke bleven. Heel goeie contacten met de eigenaars, ze geven goeie tips om te gaan eten en waar je naartoe kan. Super

Tolles Haus mit herrlichem Garten

Das Ferienhaus ist ideal für 2 Familien und bietet ausreichend Platz. Es wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand. Besonders gefallen hat uns der sehr gepflegte Garten und der Pool. Nach Asti sind es nur ca. 15 Minuten.

En fatastisk feriebolig, placeret i fred og ro! Huset er restaureret helt fantastisk, med respekt for det gamle hus, men alligevel med fokus på moderne funktionalitet. Aircondition uafhængig i alle rum, som er utrolig velfungerende. fine badeværelser, og et fantastisk køkken, der hurtigt danner ramme om samværet. Og så har ejer lavet et fantastisk lyssetup på grunden, der tænder automatisk om aftenen. Alt er skønt her! Og værtspar aner ikke alt det gode de skal gøre. Vi kommer igen...

Vacanze Fantastico

S. hat das Haus über Jahre hinweg umgebaut. Und das hat sich mehr als gelohnt! Bei der Tenuta Margherita handelt es sich wohl um ein seltenes Fundstück. Das Haus ist unglaublich schön. Die Räume so wie auch die Küche sind sehr gross und so können sich auch grosse Gruppen gut verweilen. Der grosse Garten ist äusserst gepflegt und wunderschön! Das Haus steht zudem auf einem kleinen Hügel und aus allen Fenstern sieht man in den Wald hinaus. Grosse Empfehlung, tolles Haus!

Das Anwesen liegt in den Hügeln in der Nähe von Asti. Das Haus wurde neu renoviert und der Garten mit dem Pool sehr schön gestaltet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Es ist ein sehr schön renoviertes Haus. Der Eigentümer hat den Charakter des Hauses erhalten. Man hat das Gefühl in einem original-italienischen Bauernhaus zu wohnen. Das Haus steht in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber trotzdem zentral, d.h. alle sehenswerten Orte sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet, jedoch ohne den Charme eines Bauernhauses zu überfrachten. Genau richtig um Ruhe, Entspannung und die italienrischen Köstlichkeiten zu genießen.
