On a vinyard cottage "La Rovere", 450 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees, meadows and vineyards. 2 km from the centre of Cossano Belbo, 4 km from the centre of Stefano Belbo, 20 km from the centre of Alba, in an elevated position on a slope, 80 km from the sea. For shared use: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with trees, meadow. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 70 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking at the house at 50 m on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Alba" 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
6-room cottage 180 m2 on 3 levels. Rustic and tasteful furnishings: living room with dining table, CD-player and hi-fi system. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (170 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed, shower/WC and air conditioning. Heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Top floor: (exterior staircase) large walk-through room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 3 beds. Natural stone floors. Terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Panoramic view. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
