Upper floor: (steep stair) large living/dining room with sloping ceilings with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Gas heating. Balcony, east facing position and south facing position, patio, lawn. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Alles in allem ok

Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Es gibt keine Reinigungsmittel.Wenn ich in Urlaub fahre und eine Grundreinigung durchführen muss erwarte ich eigentlich auch eine Grundausstattung an Putzmittel. Der Zugang zum Haus ist ziemlich steil und bei Nässe echt gefährlich (Rasenfläche ohne eingebaute Stufen) Die Fahrt zum Haus ist sehr kurvenreich und lang vom See aus.Man kann abends nicht mal eben zum Strand und zurück laufen.Ich schätze das die fussläufige Strecke von sportlichen Menschen in 1.5 Stunden zu schaffen ist. Der Blick über den See ist einmalig und tröstet etwas über die Entfernung zum See hinweg. Dennoch würden wir das nächste Mal in Seenähe übernachten wollen. Wir mussten Krankheitsbedingt früher abreisen und die Kaution wurde uns anstandslos erstattet. Preisleistungsverhältnis sehen wir etwas überteuert für eine Woche im Mai über 800€.

Très bonnes vacances mais contraignantes

La région de GRAVEDONA est magnifique. La maison louée est très belle, très propre. Petit bémol, le jardin qui est montré sur les photos n'est pas attenant à la maison, il se trouve en contrebas de la maison et il faut donc monter et descendre une pente herbeuse assez raide pour chercher les éléments du repas. D'autant que la salle à manger et la cuisine se trouve au 1 er étage et les chambre au Rez de chaussée. Autant dire que le beau barbecue sur la photo ne doit pas servir beaucoup. Petit plus : la maison offre un garage couvert pour la voiture. Pratique car pas de souci de stationnement et pas de crainte en cas d'orage. Enfin la maison est située précisément dans le village de Peglio. C'est vrai à 6,5 Km du centre ville et de la plage de Gradevona mais à 650 mètres d'altitude (d'où la belle vue sur le lac) et accessible par une petite route de montagne assez étroite sur laquelle les gens roulent assez vite. Durée du trajet maison-plage environ 15/20 minutes. Les propriétaires étaient sympa mais pas présents (échanges WhatsApp uniquement). C'est un belle maison qui fera certainement le bonheur de personnes qui aiment la randonnée en montage ( vélo ou marche). Nous étions venus dans le coin essentiellement pour la plage et pour visiter le coin et la durée du trajet entre la maison et la plage nous a refroidi. Pour info, nous étions à Gravedona du 9 au 16 juillet et il y avait beaucoup de chiens à la baignade dans le beau lac de Côme. Notre Sally en a bien profité!!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft kann fast uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Lediglich der Zugang zum Objekt ist ein wenig mühsam, da nur teilweise über Treppen möglich. Dennoch: uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank auch an die sehr, sehr nette Verwalterin Maria!
