Old terraced house "Cinzia", 450 m a.s.l., semi-detached. In the centre of Cissano, 6 km from the centre of Verbania Intra, in an elevated position, traffic calmed area, 5 km from the lake. Private: patio (30 m2), garden furniture. In the house: burglar alarm system, washing machine. Motor access to the house. (3 steps). Public parking 80 m. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 200 m, bus stop 5 km, ferry "Intra - Laveno" 5 km, pebble beach 5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room terraced house 75 m2 on 3 levels. Antique and tasteful furnishings: living room with satellite TV. Exit to the patio. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the patio. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 3 beds. Exit to the balcony. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 open room with 1 double bed (200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 15.05. 2 balconies. A home with lovely character in the center of a tiny and beautiful Italian village. But I guess not the first choice for people above 1,9 m height due to quite tight stairs 😉👍

A decent house

The house was well-equipped and the terrace was nice to sit in the evenings. Cinzia is a friendly and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay but we were a bit disappointed that the upper room was very difficult to reach and that it was not possible to go to the toilet at night from there. This wasn't quite clearly announced, from the photos of the object one didn't expect this. But we still were very happy and arranged things according to our demands. We loved our trips to different parts of the Lago Maggiore and to Lago di Orta.

Haben einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Hervorzuheben ist die idyllische Lage inmitten eines Gebirgsdorfs. Die Besitzerin ist sehr herzlich und freundlich.

Ein toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen, erholsamen Urlaub. Die Wohnung war so ausgestattet, wie es in der Beschreibung benannt war. Die Zimmer waren gut gelüftet und wohnlich. Sehr praktisch war auch der kleine Laden im Ort, bei dem täglich Brot und Brötchen gekauft werden konnten.

Das Haus sieht von außen gut aus. Der Innenzustand hatte seine besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Das Haus ist sehr feucht und riecht modrig bis schimmlig. Die Küchenutensilien, wie z.B Töpfe, möchte man nicht benutzen. In der ,,voll ausgestatteten" Küche fehlte der Geschirrspüler. Leider waren keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern angebracht.

Schönes Häuschen oberhalb von Intra in Arrizano. Unten EG gibt es Küche (hat alles was man benötigt ), Bad und Wohnzimmer, mit doppelten Zugang zur grossen Terasse. Im 1 OG. Und 2. OG dann die Schlafzimmer, Matratzen sind etwas hart, Wir hatten aber Matratzentopper dabei. Die Treppen sind etwas steil, aber alles schön eingerichtet. Vor jedem Schlafzimmer ein Balkon, im 2 OG mit draumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Vermieterin ist super nett. Also Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank Ciao

Idyll im Bergdorf

5 kurvige Km von Intra entfernt in einem kleinen Bergdorf liegt diese Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber und mit einem tollen Blick auf den See aus dem 2.Stock. Wenn ein Manko zu nennen wäre sind es die steilen und knarzigen Treppen in den 1.und 2.Stock(Bad/Toilette im EG). Ansonsten Vermieter, Lage und Flair top!!

Ferienhaus Cinzia Arrizona

Das Ferienhaus ist ca. 200 Jahre alt und mit sehr schönen alten Möbeln ausgestattet. Wir waren die ersten Gäste in 2022 und dementsprechend kalt war es obwohl die Heizung bereits angestellt war...die Vermieterin versorgte uns mit Holz für den Kamin und innerhalb kurzer Zeit zog eine behagliche Wärme durch die Küche. Ein traumhafter Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore bot sich im obersten Stockwerk.

Älteres liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschönen Details. Es fehlt nichts um glückliche Stunden zu verbringen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man muss ein bisschen mobil sein um die drei Geschosse zu bewohnen, aber sonst ist es super. Im oberen Schlafzimmer hat man vom Bett aus Blick auf den Lago, einfach herrlich. Mille Grazie.

Ferienhaus Cinzia

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, welches etwas abseits der Haupttouristenorte liegt. Wer es gerne etwas ruhiger mag, für den ist es perfekt geeignet. Ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist von Vorteil. Vom obersten Zimmer hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf den See.
