Very large house "Roque". In the district of Buenavista 2 km from the centre of Calpe, 60 km from the centre of Alicante, 120 km from the centre of Valencia, 1.5 km from the sea. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach "La Fossa" 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). Hiking paths: Peñon de Ifach 3 km, Sendero Ecologico 1.3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Belle maison, de plain–pied si...

Belle maison, de plain–pied si ce n'est 2 marches pour y accéder (idéale en chaise roulante), propre, calme, belle piscine bien exposée. Cuisine un peu vétuste comprenant le minimum, nous y avons ajouté des verres à vin. Pression de l'eau basse. Bonne literie. Peu de chaînes françaises. Bon rapport qualité–prix. Conseils de voyage: Belle ville, pas trop bruyante, mais suffisamment animée.
