In the hamlet Canneto 3 km from the centre of Prelà, 5 km from the centre of Dolcedo, 12 km from the centre of Imperia, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 15 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, swimming pool (above ground) kidney-shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. 50 m long steep, narrow motor access to the house (ramp). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Das Haus selber ist auch schön, aber die Ausstattung war sehr dürftig und es war nicht sauber. Es gab keinen Staubsauger, nicht mal eine funktionierende Besen und Schaufel, es gab anfangs keine Töpfe, Schneidebrett und grosses Messer. Interchalet hat dann reagiert und wir konnten die Kochutensilien besorgen. War einfach etwas schade, dass es nicht mal einen Staubsauger gibt, das Haus wäre in einem besseren Zustand, wenn man wenigstens richtig durchsaugen könnte.

Schöner Ort
Die Ausstattung im Haus war schlecht und es war nicht sauber. Es gab eine Besen und eine Schaufel, welche kaputt war. Es fehlten Töpfe und Schneidebretter, aber wir konnten Kontakt aufnehmen, und die Mängel bezüglich der Kochutensilien konnten behoben werden. Alles in allem war es sehr schön, die Umgebung ist toll und pool und Waschmaschine waren Pluspunkte
