In the district of Costa Zefir 2.8 km from the centre of Miami Playa, 12 km from the centre of Cambrils, in the residential district, 1.7 km from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Stepped path (1 step) to the house. Supermarket 500 m, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Hospitalet de l'Infant" 3.5 km, sandy beach 1.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Bemerkungen zu Villa Silvia

Team vor Ort sehr zuvorkommend. Innenausstattung Haus nicht schlecht sollte aber im Auge behalten werden. Schlafräume und Badezimmer gut! Wohnzimmer und Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Terrassenausstattung ungenügend! Defekte, beinahe schon gefährliche Garten-/Terrassenmöbel und nicht geeignet für 6 Personen. Ungepflegter Garten und Hausumgebung, Pflanzen erhalten kein Wasser und verdorren!

Mooie vakantiewoning

Wij hebben een week mogen genieten van deze vakantiewoning. Alles is keurig netjes. De tuin mag wat aandacht hebben. De weg naar het zwembad is wat moeilijk te bereiken op blote voeten. Beetje snoeiwerk zou wonderen verrichten. Wifi is perfect !!! TV aanwezig met duitse zenders en natuurlijk ook alle Spaanse. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug !!! Boodschappen doen is ook een pretje, erg dichtbij. Op het strand zit je ook zo, kan lopend maar dan moet je conditie wel op pijl zijn. Toppie !!

Schöner Urlaub

Die angegebenen Stellplätze für 3 Autos können nur begrenzt genutzt werden, da durch den Vermieter bei der Stadt kein Parkverbot vor der Einfahrt erworben wurde. Dadurch wird die Zufahrt zum Objekt ständig durch Anwohner zugeparkt. Demzufolge mussten wir unser Auto auf der Straße abstellen. Ansonsten schönes Ferienhaus in gutem Zustand. Kann man weiter empfehlen. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service vor Ort. Vielen Dank dafür.

erholsamer Urlaub mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Haus ist gut und auch zu empfehlen. Es hat eine ruhige Lage und die Betreuung durch den Verwalter ist super. Leider muss man sagen, dass gewisse Standards vernachlässigt werden. Dabei müsste genauer auf den Verschleiß des Inventars geachtet werden (Couchkissen kaputt, Duschvorhänge angeschimmelt, Terrassenmöbel gebrechlich, zusammengewürfelte und nicht ausreichende Küchenausstattung). Die Lage ist zwar gut, aber durch ein Tierheim in der Nähe recht ungepflegte Umgebung (Hundekot).

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut! D...

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut! Die aussenanlsge war teilweise sehr ungepflegt. Sehr viel Unkraut. Um das Haus könnte man nicht mehr gehen. Das Unkraut war dort sehr hoch!! SCHADE eigentlich. Der pool war nicht ok. Es lösten sich die mosaiksteine in grösserMenge ab. Es bestand verletzungsgefahr!! Alles in allem muss an der gesamten aussenanlsge wass gemacht werden!! Schade eigentlich ein sehr schönes Anwesen. Reisetipps: Die ist dorada ist sehr schön.

Das Unkraut wurde entfernt und der Rasen gemäht. Die fehlenden Mosaiksteine im Pool wurden ersetzt.

Sofa verdreckt und Federung gleich Null und allg. schlechter Zustand. Kein grosser Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Töpfe allg zu wenig. Für 6 Personen am Tisch auf der Terrasse fast kein Platz.
