Quiet neighborhood, clean house, great pool!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! The heated pool was great while we stayed here early in the season (March).

Nice property

The property was nice. Dennis helped with the AC issue promptly when it went out. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The beach chairs were great,It would be nice if they supplied a cooler and umbrella for beach days. The property manager will meet you the day after you check in to go over any questions you may have.

Beautiful home-extremely convenient to all important things

We've stayed at quite a few VRBO's in the area and found the property manager terrifically cooperative. He met us to show us around the home and give us all the details of how to best enjoy our stay. The home is quite nice and well equipped. The pool area is terrific. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. We had only two small issues, one was with the tv...we couldn't get on to our You Tube channels and it was the NCAA tournament. It may have been lack of technical knowledge. The other was a meter reading for electric at the beginning of our stay. There was nothing in the listing about that. At the end of our time there was no additional charge and I understand why the owner wants to keep a handle on it as I'm sure folks take advantage of it with both the AC and the heating of the pool. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this wonderful home and would recommend it to anyone staying in the Cape Coral area.
