For larger groups, we have an apartment that sleeps up to 8 people, spread across the 1st and 2nd floors. The apartment is ideal for groups of 4 to 8 people.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for social gatherings. A comfortable bedroom, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with double sinks and a shower offer you true luxury. Enjoy the magnificent view from the balcony, which wraps around the apartment.
On the second floor, you’ll find three more comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with its own sink for added convenience. There is a separate shower and another separate bathroom.



Haus Sepp is suitable for groups of all sizes, from 2 to 12 people.
This beautiful house is located just a few steps from Rauris, a lovely and cosy village in the Rauris Valley in the Salzburg region. Haus Sepp was completely renovated in 2024 and equipped with all the amenities you need for a wonderful holiday in this incredibly beautiful area. The house features 2 apartments that you can rent individually or together. It doesn’t matter whether you visit our apartments in winter or summer—the valley and the region have plenty to offer for an unforgettable holiday! With the National Park SummerCard (starting in summer 2025) in the summer or the WinterCard in the winter, you can enjoy many free or discounted excursions!
4-person apartment. The 4-person apartment, measuring 60 m², is located on the ground floor and is ideal for families.
8-person apartment. The largest apartment is located on the first and second floors. With an area of 120 m², it’s perfect for larger groups of 4 to 8 people.
The entire house for up to 12 people. It’s also possible to rent both apartments, so you can enjoy a wonderful holiday at Haus Sepp with up to 12 people.



On-site costs: During our renovation in 2024, we renovated the entire house. From floors to ceilings, insulation, and plumbing. There’s even a new central pellet heating system. That’s why we’re proud to offer you apartments equipped with all modern amenities. Our kitchens are equipped with all modern appliances, such as dishwashers, combination microwave/ovens, and fridge-freezer units, and include everything you need. All bathrooms have been modernised and are fully equipped.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00, and check-out is available from 05:00 to 10:00.
