We had a great stay. Roger and Donna were quick with responding to messages. The cabin was in a perfect location for us. It was very quiet. We had a family of bears that visited a of couple times.

Everything was great! Couldn't have been happier here. Will definitely have to come back for another stay. The neighbors on both sides found out the hard way to make sure no food was left in their vehicles and to make sure the doors were locked when the bears come through. Was awesome to see the mom followed by 3 cubs. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This Cabin is beautiful and the owners are amazing. We didn't have to go to Cades Cove to see bears as we had a mama and 3 babies walk past the cabin twice in 1 day. Not secluded and hot tub will not be as private once cabin across the street is built, but it is worth booking.

The cabin was very cute and well stocked. Felt like it had been a minute since the bedding was washed. The location was inaccurate to Sports World and the cabin is in the middle of several plots of construction which make up the majority of the view. The property is unwalkable so not great for pets or small children. Overall, it was a nice stay for a weekend tournament.

Home away from home. Rent this place. Host were awesome. Also I know its important to me but there is plenty of hot water for 4 people to shower in a row.

We really enjoyed our stay at Free Spirit cabin. The cabin was beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, in a good location, and the back deck was great for seeing wildlife. The second day we were there, our welcoming committee was a black bear that decided to come and do some body scratching on a tree. We loved it! Roger and Donna, thank you for hosting your cabin for our family. We appreciate it and you guys were great in communicating with us. We hope to be back soon in the future.

My family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a wonderful time at Free Spirit cabin. Roger and Donna were very responsive to my questions (we did not have any issues that I needed to contact them about). The cabin was beautiful and peaceful. My son enjoyed the pool table upstairs, and all of us enjoyed the hot tub. There was plenty of room for four adult-sized people. One son slept on the futon, which he said was comfortable, as was the couch. We were there when it was very, very hot outside and the a/c worked great! We had wanted to have the experience of a cabin in the mountains and we got all we hoped for and more! Would highly recommend.

The cabin was awesome! It was beautiful and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great after walking around the towns or trails all day! Lots of communication with the owner about checking in and with directions about getting to the house. The one thing to note is that there were some very curvy, uphill roads (and the driveway) leading to the house which could be challenging especially at night. Perfect location for going to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountains National Park.
