Ideal for visitors to MESSE KÖLN, business travellers, as well as tourists and long-term stays.

This attractive 95-square-meter apartment in the heart of Cologne-Mülheim, with excellent public transport access, was recently completely renovated and tastefully furnished, offering everything you’d expect from a prestigious city apartment.

It’s bright and welcoming, and you’ll feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
The entryway is spacious and equipped with a coat rack and a wardrobe. Light floods in from multiple directions right here.

The kitchen offers all the utensils you need for good cooking. It also features a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, and a high-quality coffee/espresso machine (fully automatic).
The kitchen also features a cosy dining table with a view of the backyards and the sky. If you want some fresh air, you can quickly step out from the kitchen onto the small balcony, which is ideal for that.

Through the beautiful, bright music room with an adjoining large, sunny balcony—which can be used as an office or a dining room—you enter the living room via an open double door. Here, you can make yourself comfortable on the new, very cosy sofa and its matching ottomans. A large flat-screen TV and the large stereo system, along with an extensive classical CD collection, are available for use.

Recently, an exercise bike and a workout bench with free weights up to 10 kg per dumbbell, as well as a few Pilates accessories, have been added to the apartment to help you stay in shape during your stay!

There’s also a piano in the music room. You’re welcome to play it (at a moderate volume during normal hours, for a maximum of 1 hour per day).

The newly renovated bathroom can be accessed either from the entryway or directly from the living room. It features some lovely details and is equipped with a toilet, sink, mirror, and bathtub.

The bedroom has also been newly furnished and is designed to be a comfortable home away from home for my guests! In addition to a new, very comfortable queen-size bed, high-quality bedding, and lovely little details, there is a TV and a stylish desk made from a single piece of glass. The curtains are blackout curtains, so you can sleep in comfortably in the morning.
Guests have exclusive use of a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

From the main balcony, you have a beautiful view of a small square with trees, where there’s always something to see. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an lift.

The 95 sqm (1,022 sqft) apartment is perfectly located in Cologne’s largest area, Mülheim.

It has recently been completely renovated and tastefully furnished and decorated. It offers everything you’d expect from a stylish city apartment.

The apartment has a very bright, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away.
The entrance is spacious and airy, with natural light streaming in from several sides.

The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for cooking, including a stove and oven, a refrigerator and freezer, and a variety of pans, pots, and bowls. There’s also a dishwasher and a washing machine at your disposal.
You can enjoy breakfast at a cute little breakfast table in the kitchen with a distant view of the backyards, trees, and sky. There’s also a French balcony just a short step outside. For your coffee, you’ll have a fully automatic coffee/espresso machine to ensure the perfect crema on your morning espresso.

To reach the large, sunny south-facing balcony, you walk through the spacious music room, which can also serve as an office or dining room.

From there, you walk through an open double door into the living room, which features a very comfortable large sofa, a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a hi-fi system, a small library, and plenty of classical music CDs. You’re welcome to listen to them all or sit down with a book or a wide selection of travel literature.

The bathroom has also been recently renovated and awaits you with some beautiful little details, such as mosaics and complimentary brand-name shower gel and soap.

The bedroom has been completely redesigned to offer my guests a truly comfortable home away from home. It’s furnished with a brand-new French bed and a super-comfortable mattress. There’s also a very nice and practical designer writing desk, made from a single piece of glass. The light-blocking curtains ensure that sunlight is kept out when you wake up in the morning. :-)

My guests also have full access to the bedroom’s oversized closet.
