Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the private 26 foot poolside patio. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! Even from this 1st floor condo you will have great ocean views! The patio is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This neatly decorated condo has a great room, which features plenty of seating for your group with a Queen sleeper sofa and two side chairs. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the SMART TV with Cable and HBO! Wireless internet is provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf and keep an eye on the kids at the pool! There is seating at the kitchen bar for 2 and seating for 4 at the dining room table.For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keurig coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo, PLUS a bonus room. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning, you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The King bed has a Memory Foam Mattress to ensure a perfect night's sleep. The guest bedroom features a Brand New- Queen-size Memory Foam bed and a twin with direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with LCD TVs with Cable and HBO. In the bonus room there is a twin bed, which brings the total maximum sleeping occupancy to 6 in beds. With the use of the sleeper sofa, you can sleep a maximum of 8 in this condo!

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front patio! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Great location

The property is perfectly situated. Just a short walk to the beach. It's also a short walk to Blackbeard's and an ice cream shop.

SPI Getaway Anniversary Celebration

We had an overall great experience. The only complaint was it was a bit warm in the master bedroom. Had we known there was construction to remodel the exterior of the property we probably would have chosen another condo. Once we got past the construction mess, everything else was fine!

We had a really good experience staying at this property. It was very clean, plenty of towels, had plenty of home essentials and the proximity to the beach is perfect. The pool area needs a little TLC but nothing major. My group traveled with small children and we loved the proximity to the pool. Our only real complaint was not being able to connect to the wifi. Another small note; at check-in, we were told only one vehicle was allowed but managed to get parking for two vehicles. It might have been a bigger issue if the place was at full capacity? I recommend checking with property manager if your family plans to travel with two vehicles.

Great Affordable Place to Stay

We decided last minute to travel to South Padre and was able to secure this condo. We wanted first floor for ease to the pool since we have 3 kids. Don't stay on the 1st floor if you don't have kids. Hard to see beautiful ocean view and noise from the pool didn't allow us to keep doors open to hear ocean waves. But made the stay better with kids. Condo had everything we needed and was so clean. Always had parking. Grounds were gorgeous and pool was nicely heated! Such a great stay!

Ok Condo

The Condo was okay. The restrooms were very dirty, the air conditioner did not work well. It was not worth the cost. The plus side is that the mattress in the master was comfy, we were on the first floor, poolside, and the bonus room. The kitchen and restrooms need updating.

I wish you had notified us of this so that we could have taken care of the issue for you. Also, please note that this is a Standard condo and you are correct it has NOT been renovated. We have both Standard and LUXURY units here. Luxury condos have been 100% renovated and feature more modern amenities such as granite counter tops throughout, master showers with built in benches and luxurious shower heads, some have dual shower heads, some feature all stainless steel appliances, etc. If you prefer more modern decor, styling and amenities, please make sure you request a LUXURY unit for your next vacation. We sincerely hope to see you return for another trip. - Angie
