The patio is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This simply decorated condo has a great room, which features plenty of seating for your group with a brand new Queen sleeper sofa, love seat and a large side chair.  You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the LCD TV with Cable and HBO! There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless internet is provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf and keep an eye on the kids at the pool! There is seating at the kitchen bar for 2 and seating for 4 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keuring coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo, PLUS a bonus room. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom.  The King bed has a brand new Memory Foam Mattress to ensure a perfect nights sleep.  The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed and a twin with direct access to the hall bathroom. The Queen bed also has a brand new Memory Foam Mattress. Both bedrooms come with LCD TVs with Cable and HBO. In the bonus room there is a twin bed, which brings the total maximum sleeping occupancy to 6 in beds.  With the use of the sleeper sofa you can sleep a maximum of 8 in this condo!
