Dave and Nicole were excellent hosts! They communicated thoroughly. The apartment was wonderful and it was in a prime location. We had so much around us, lots of shopping, restaurants, supermarkets. Would love to stay here again!

Host is nice and pro active in communication, kitchen are fully equipped, shops and restaurants are in the door steps. So far the best rental property we’ve ever rented. I will not be hesitate to recommend this property.

The apartment was superb and was perfect for what we were looking for with a bedroom for each child. Central location was excellent and the communication from the owners really helped. Check in was easy and again the person we met was really helpful. Would definitely use again.

Happy they loved the place and would come back. Not everybody leaves 5 stars, which in a hotel would have more luxury amenities, like a pool, valet parking, spa, etc.

Great location, walkable to many restaurants and destinations. Easy access to several metro lines. Manager replied promptly to questions/minor issues. Elevator access was helpful for the older members of our group. Spacious living/dining area for relaxing. Each bedroom has individual climate control which is nice. Our one complaint was the glass doors on 2/3 bedrooms are difficult for light sensitive sleepers. But overall wonderful, recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It is ideally situated in the Eixample district - just 15 minutes walk from Casa Battlo! It is also very comfortable with ample space for a family.

Our family of 5 (3 teen boys) absolutely loved this apartment. It was spacious, with room to play cards, eat, have late night conversations and music without waking everyone, find a quiet moment on the balcony and check out the action in the street. The location was excellent for easy to access all the sites, plenty of local eateries, coffee, pastries shops etcWe all slept soundly too!

Spring Trip to Barcelona

Apartment was perfect for our family of 4 to explore Barcelona! The property manager was very helpful and accessible. The owners put a lot of thoughtful details (i.e. white noise in each bedroom) into the apartment to make sure guests are comfortable. There is a lot of conveniences within a close walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place in Perfect Area of Barcelona

This place was super well located and comfortable for our group of 5. There are two full bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a freestanding tub), a spacious kitchen, fantastic living/dining room areas and one big master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms (one windowless). All had AC’s, which was a plus. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect home for a family trip to Barcelona!

We had an amazing experience in this large, well-appointed, attractive and conveniently located apartment. Communications with the property owners and on-site managers was exceptional. They were all very considerate and volunteered many restaurant and site-seeing recommendations. If I ever come back to Barcelona, I will definitely try to stay here again. 10/10.

Lovely apartment in a great area

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. There are lots of beautiful original features throughout and the apartment was spotless. The neighbourhood is ideal, with lots of good bars and restaurants, and it is a walk or couple of metro stops to the centre/ Las Ramblas etc. A great listing and we would recommend to others.
