The dining and living areas flow seamlessly into one another and invite you to relax with a cosy sofa and modern entertainment options—including three TVs (35–44 inches, cable, digital), Wi-Fi, a radio, and board games.

A building next to Haus Seeluft was recently demolished. The demolition work has now been fully completed. As of now, construction on the new building is expected to begin towards the end of summer 2026. Completion of the new property is currently scheduled for spring 2028.
