Modern and luxurious villa in a prime location near the beach—just a 50-meter walk away, and you can enjoy the tranquility of the sea. You’ll be amazed by the exceptional quality and comfort of the entire villa, as well as the fabulous view from the rooftop terrace.

The villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The large living room next to it is divided into a dining area for 8 people and offers several seating areas. Three of the bedrooms and the living/dining room overlook the pool and face the beach, while the master bedroom opens onto a terrace with a Jacuzzi.

The outdoor area features a cosy sofa and lounge chairs overlooking the beautiful, heated infinity pool with mood lighting. The modern Jacuzzi also features various lighting effects and allows you to play music via Bluetooth.

A wood-fired BBQ with a pizza oven is perfect for grilling—you can dine right next to it at the solid stone table.

On the large rooftop terrace, surrounded by palm trees, you can enjoy the view of the sea.

The beach is just a stone’s throw away, and along the promenade you’ll find a variety of restaurants and cafés. Shops and supermarkets are also within walking distance.

We were here 2 weeks but would have happily stayed a month. House was yards from the beach and Luz is a charming place. The house was great, clean and very well designed. Master bedroom on one side of the house. Central living room and dining area made for a great space. The pool area was also well laid out with tanning chairs and lounge area. BBQ area with impressive palm trees right on the property. They also had an upstairs deck which was great for star gazing and looking at the ocean. We would definitely return. Property managers were very responsive

Very nice home with pool and hot tub. Great location close to the beach’s( 2 min walk) the house has beach views.. There’s an outdoor grill we used one night. A Few minors isssues were resolved quickly. The Fishermans Trail is right up the road we walked Lagos fantastic views.. Highly recommended this house

Absolutely fabulous villa in perfect location for all Luz Bay has to offer. The villa is very modern but super cosy during a bit of bad weather we had. Kitchen had everything you could want, beds comfy and pool heated perfectly. Can’t recommend highly enough we will be back .

Great beach stay

We had a great time in a fantastic house just a 30 second walk to the beach. The house, pool, and outdoor kitchen were great. Rita was an amazing property manager and super responsive.

Magical house on the beach

Beautiful Beach house

Home was beautiful and spacious. Has everything one needs. If we are ever back will stay here again. Loved the wine and cheese on our arrival. Rita was very helpful.
