Charming 'Les Sternes' holiday home, quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a tree-lined path that leads directly to the cycling and walking trail, just 700 m from Maresclé beach. This 100 m² house in Pénestin accommodates up to 6 guests.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with WC, and three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds). There is also a garage.
The house has fibre internet with Wi-Fi. The 615 m² garden, with fruit trees, is fully enclosed and features a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
The area is known for its beautiful beaches, especially La Mine d'Or with its golden cliffs and rugged coast. Enjoy water sports like sailing and paddleboarding, or try mussel picking. The GR34 hiking trail is nearby for walking enthusiasts. A Lila Presqu’île shuttle stops 50 m from the house, connecting you by bus to Le Croisic, Mesquer, Piriac, La Turballe, Guérande, Batz-sur-Mer, Le Pouliguen, La Baule and Pornichet.
