For shared use: park. Private: beautiful garden (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Motor access (450 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 1.8 km, supermarket 1.2 km, shopping centre 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Les Sables Blancs" 3.5 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Concarneau" 3.6 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km, surf school 3.8 km, sailing school 3 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Ville Close 2 km, Pointe de Trévignon 14 km, Pont Aven 15 km, Port Manec'h 18 km, Quimper 28 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
