Stay for Ironman Morro Bay 70.3

Stayed here for competing in Ironman Morro Bay 70.3. It was absolutely perfect. Pet friendly so the wife and dog could hang out at the house as I ran by and after the finish the house was a quick walk home to relax. House was clean and comfortable and great location.

Nice place

Was a good vacation. House was clean and with all the utensils for cooking!! Plenty of rrom as well. Liked the location as the place was pretty close to the bay- can see the bay from the balcony! The tree at the driveway got it hard to park and get in and out of car!!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay in this rental! The house had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels available and the kitchen appliances were very nice. Best part was that it was so close to town - could walk there in just 5 minutes or less! Gem of a property! Hope we can come back one day.

Memorial Day Weekend Family Getaway to Morro Bay

Overall, my group of 8 (plus small dog) had a terrific stay at this Morro Bay home. Location was nice, walking distance to the Embarcadero with several shops and restaurants. The three bedrooms worked well for each family (1 set of grandparents, and 2 families with a mom, dad and baby). We made use of the grill and oven and they performed quite well for our meals, and there was ample space for our families to feel comfortable. There were several DVDs and books to keep us entertained during down time, and it was easy to get up and go out for a stroll by the bay and into downtown. We did experience some minor issues during our stay: heating in the lower level did not seem to reach the same temperature as the upper level; the extendable dining room table (which had been set up before we arrived) was not completely secure on one side and briefly came undone at dinner one night; the refrigerator compressor did make noise intermittently however it was not enough to cause much disruption. If we had to make any other comments about the house, we did find the kitchen supplies to be on the sparse side for our needs, but we did make do with what was available and nonetheless we had a wonderful weekend away as a family.

Morro Bay get away

The house was beautiful and very close to all the shops on the embarcadero. The neighborhood was mostly quiet with the exception of a little construction. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Perfect Weekend Getaway for Family of 4 & In-laws

My family loved this house. It is just one street away from the main street in Morro Bay but more towards the end so there isn’t a bunch of noise from it. The house itself is gorgeous. You can tell the owners love this house and it is decorated as such. We cooked both nights at the house and the kitchen was amply stocked with cooking supplies. This was a perfect location for my family of four plus my parents. We hope to visit again!

Wedding weekend with the bridal party

The house was perfect, the location was fantastic, and the proximity to both the wedding venue, the downtown area, and the embarcadero strip couldn't have been better. My wife and I stayed with the 6 other folks in the bridal party and it was perfect in terms of house layout giving everyone space when they wanted it, and a central hangout area/family room next to the kitchen. We are already talking about coming back to the same location for a board gaming weekend with the same group of people. Only possible thing I would improve is a good soaking of all the bathroom door handles with some WD-40 as they were impressively squeaky. This wouldn't have normally been a problem but with the close proximity to bedrooms, people were woken up multiple times in the middle of the night/early morning anytime someone got up to use the bathroom.

Great central coast weekend!

This property was excellent for a weekend of central coast adventures: Fishing trip from Morro Bay Landing, tour of Hearst Castle, hiking the coast, and lots of great local food. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and we lucked out with the best weather! Kitchen was well stocked and the master bath tub is like a spa retreat. Definitely need a boost to get on the master bed- so don't be shy about using the provided foot stool for that! Great weekend for our family birthday celebration!

Beautiful house and view

The location and house are great! The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking. It was great being able to walk to lots shopping and food. This property is managed by a rental company. Make sure to read the full description of charges and fees before booking. We had to work with the company to pay the additional pet fee.

Great place!

We had a great time. The property was every bit as good as the reviews said it would be. Walking distance to the water and a beautiful view of The Rock from the balcony. We'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing home in perfect location

This home was ideal for a large group; had two living room areas and was spacious, well stocked, and clean. There was a cute balcony with a view of the ocean and Morro Rock, and was in a perfect location close to everything where we could walk to Main Street area of town or down to the waterfront.

New Memories revisiting Memory Lane

Easy check in and out, plenty of room to mingle, chat, read, escape and sleep. Binder was so helpful and appreciated for us when changing our plans due to windy conditions from kayaking to e-biking and whale watching was a hit. Great view from the front balcony and so easy to stroll to the Farmers market and Embarcadero. Lovely comfortable home highly recommend to everyone.

Wonderful

This was the nicest rental we've ever stayed at. Location was wonderful, house was amazing. Beds were comfortable. I guess my only criticism is the thermostat is a bit difficult to figure out and I wish there were ceiling fans in every bedroom ( there was a portable fan in master closet). Not sure what it's like in summer without ac, but in winter it was fine. The wifi was very good.

Upscale home with absolutely PERFECT location!

The location of this well appointed home just could NOT have been better. We walked one block downhill to all that Morro Bay's Embarcadero offers: cute shops, nice galleries, fun restaurants and coffee stops. The TIDELANDS PARK is a wonderful early morning walk. Watching what we think were black-crowned herons in the tree across the street from the front balcony made for fun conversation! Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic house, great location and amazing view!

This house was perfect for us! The pictures are very true - if anything we loved the house even more in person. The double french doors upstairs leading out to the balcony were amazing!! This house offered everything we needed and was a great anchor for creating a perfect vacation!
