Apartment 'Casa Franka An Der Costa Azahar' with Sea View, Shared Pool and Air Conditioning
The approx. 45 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of the staggered terraced house complex with two apartments each and offers a wonderful distant view of the sea from the balcony. Sleeping facilities for 4 persons are available. Living/dining room with kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed and armchair, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating unit, radiator, microwave, washing machine. Bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside lamps.
The residence Urb. Font Nova / Font Sol is located about 4 km from the center of Peniscola. The communal swimming pool with children's pool and the complex's own tennis court can only be used during the high season (01.06.-30.09.). Private parking is available. The vacation apartment is also recommended as a starting point for excursions to the nearby Sierra de Irta, one of the last unspoiled areas in the Valencia region. Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays or other days by arrangement.
Important information for Spanish guests: There is no terrestrial antenna, only satellite TV with max. 2 or 3 Spanish channels. There is a transponder for access to the pool area. This is handed out for a deposit of 20 euros.
