The place was was perfect for extended family coming together and letting kids have a chance to play in the snow! Easy drive to Heavenly, and tubing only a short drive away. Girls weekend

This was the perfect house for our group. We stayed in the house most of our trip due to snow, but all amenities in the home made it no issue at all. The 3 levels made it nice for everyone to spread out and allowed the early birds and night owls to have their time without bothering one or the other. The owner was very nice and accommodating for our checkin and checkout. Will be staying here again!

Tom was very helpful and kind. We came during the weekend it had a snowstorm. He was constantly checking the weather and road. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. Our family really enjoyed this home and all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was adequately supplied. All appliances were in very good working order. A Tahoe Memorial Trip to remember

Beautiful home in the woods about 6-7 miles from downtown SLT. As advertised. No A/C but it cools down at night for good sleeping with the windows open. Nuisance small bear in the neighborhood so don’t leave the home or your car with any windows open. Quiet and peaceful location

Summer trip in Tahoe

The house was great for my family’s vacation at Lake Tahoe! There was plenty of room for all and lots of storage available. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, and items for your cooking needs. Early on we had a problem with the kitchen faucet and Tom was quick to respond and it was fixed promptly which was much appreciated. Thank you, Tom. We had such a wonderful time in Lake Tahoe and when we are back in the area we would definitely book this home again!

Awesome home!

We came to South Lake Tahoe to celebrate my husband’s 60th Birthday. His birthday fell on Father’s Day this year. We had 10 people and two infants sleep in this home and extra family and friends come and visit during the day. It was way more than enough room for everybody! Tom, was an awesome host was very quick in responding to questions. One of my questions was if there was propane for the barbecue, he wasn’t sure, and that evening came to the house and filled it for us. I would definitely recommend this home and stay here again.

The dishwashers was full of dirty dishes and several items required hand scrubbing. Rules state dishes should be clean and put away, yet that is not how we found it. Hair dryer in main floor bathroom does not work.

Great size, not many accommodations

We stayed at the property with my daughters gym team. They loved all the different bedrooms, entertainment space downstairs and the hot tub, had a lot of space for the kids. Unfortunately we had a couple beds that had dirty sheets on them when we checked in, and there were no extra linens or towels in the unit so after the girls used the hot tub we had to immediately do laundry so they could shower. It was mid 90’s the whole time we were there and with no AC we definitely needed more then the 2 small fans we found for the house. We had a hard time cooling down upstairs. The house size is great but definitely needs amenities upgrade.

Perfect Christmas Family Vacation

Tom's cabin was wonderful for our Christmas vacation. It is very spacious and beautiful, perfect for a big group. Beautiful views from all the patios and great neighborhood to walk through. Close to the ski slopes and downtown area as well. Highly recommend this home, would stay here again!!
