Apartment 12 – Two-Level Living with Separate Bedrooms and Well-Equipped Kitchen

This modern attic apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) and offers 85 m² of space for 5–6 guests—ideal for small groups! The accommodation is spread over two levels: The gallery has a sleeping area, and the lower level features two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds. If needed, we provide an extra bed in the living area. The living/dining area includes a table for meals or work and a cozy reading/TV corner. There is an open, well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a guest WC. Wi-Fi is free. You'll find all essential kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, dish towels). Fresh towels and bed linen are provided. All guests may use the large garden and outdoor area.

You will find many walking and cycling paths nearby. Bus and S-Bahn (10 minutes on foot) take you directly to Munich. By car, you can reach Wasserburg and Rosenheim in 30 minutes, and Chiemsee and other lakes in less than an hour.



Museums, a cinema, and an outdoor pool offer variety. Nearby you will find bakeries, farm shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The large garden and courtyard are perfect for relaxing and barbecuing. Our common room is ideal for gatherings—great for larger groups!
