Great location made our stay perfect. You can walk to restaurants/shops/pier or ride the bikes provided. Edward was helpful and quick to respond. Condo was very clean. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. The view from the 2nd floor balcony was amazing and great place to relax.

This was a beautiful place to stay! The space was great, clean, comfortable and right on the beach! We had 3 people stay and there was plenty of room. Had all the modern comforts! Would definitely stay again! Beautiful sunsets over the ocean from the deck!

Great Spring Break Stay

We love staying in Newport and really enjoyed this property. Communication was great and check in/out was easy. Property was well stocked and inclueded beach chairs, toys and towels. View from the balcony was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful clean home

Great proximity to food and fun! Waking up to the ocean makes for a relaxing time. Manger is so great and caring. 2nd stay and we will be back!
