Well-kept apartment in Fonyod for 4-5 people within walking distance of the lake - new air conditioning

Located just about 300 metres from Lake Balaton is this very beautiful and well-maintained holiday apartment for 4–5 people. I’ve been renting out this spacious unit on the upper floor of my single-family home for 8 years now. A private entrance leads to the ground floor of the house, where you’ll find a spacious and bright living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette. Here you’ll find a large sofa set and a TV. The two cosy bedrooms and the large bathroom with a shower are directly adjacent. The interior is lovingly and personally designed, yet practical and well-thought-out. The spacious garden offers a secluded seating area for guests’ exclusive use. There is a secure parking space for one car right on the property. Wi-Fi access is included.
I speak German and am available to answer any questions; I’m happy to provide information at any time and share insider tips about the area!
