Erwartung nicht erfüllt

Die Lage war top, das muss man festhalten. Die Wohnung selbst - na ja. Dass man den Schlüssel woanders abholen muss (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit zusätzlich!) war nicht so prickelnd.Die Wohnung selbst - na ja.Zum Ersten gibt es keinen Abstellraum - oder Abstellfläche - für Fahrräder. Dadurch wird der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage schon äußerst eng.In der Wohnung: trotz Lift müssen zum erreichen 2 Treppen genommen werden. Schön und gut. Doch in der Wohnung, die sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt, ist die Treppe zwischen den Ebenen dann durch einen Treppenlift (der nicht einmal funktoniert) massiv eingeschränkt! Der Sinn dieses Treppenlifts erschließt sich nicht wirklichInteressant dabei: der Eingang ist in der oberen Ebene, das Schlafzimmer ist allerdings in der unteren, ebenso das Bad. Also die Koffer über diese eingeengte Stiege nach unten wuchten. Und der Eindruck eines Kellers ist absolut berechtigt. Genau so wirkt das nämlich. Es ist zwar ein großer Raum, der aber nur drei ziemlich kleine Fenster(chen) hat.Von dem lockeren Wasserhahn an der Spüle waren wir schließlich schon gar nicht mehr überrascht. Übrigens: die "Spülmaschine" ist ein Witz. Vielleicht 30cm hoch, Spülqualität mangelhaft. Hätte man sich sparen können. Für diesen Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Aus unserer Sicht nicht empfehlenswert.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Und vorallem die Lage der Wohnung war echt toll. Schnell in der Stadt. Und schnell am Strandbad. Die Wohnung selbst war auch sehr gut. Sehr gepflegt alles.
