The house is situated in a quiet location and thanks to its facilities is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. All flats are partially renovated. The house has a total of 4 holiday flats with a shared plot of 1000 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 50 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining and a well-kept garden for shared use. Washing machine for shared use. This holiday flat for 2 persons is located on the 1st floor of the house and has a living space of 51 m2 and consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen with dining table and exit to the balcony with seating and beautiful sea view. The bathroom with shower/WC is located in the hallway. Air conditioning and wireless internet are available.
