Private: patio, pergola, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 3.6 km, restaurant 550 m, bus stop 450 m, railway station 4.8 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 2.5 km, rocky beach "Punta Negra" 100 m. Sports harbour 2.5 km, surf school 2.5 km, sailing school 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
