Great Condo Very Close to Water's Edge & Docks! Smaller Complex! King Bed!

This condo has it all!! It is a very nice privately owned condo with plenty of amenities, a great location and an awesome view of the lake. This unit features a master bedroom with a KING size bed, flat screen TV, & patio door to the private balcony. Wake up to a serene view of the lake with a full wall of floor to ceiling windows. The spacious living room has a sofa, two recliners, flat screen TV, DVD, and CD player. Free password protected Wi-Fi. There is a completely furnished kitchen, including a washer/dryer. The full bath has a separate vanity. The condo is approximately 25-30 steps down from the parking lot and is very close to the water's edge and boat docks. Enjoy the main channel view from your living room, master bedroom and private balcony. The condo faces east where early risers can enjoy beautiful sun rises and avoid the hot afternoon heat. A great choice for a couple looking for a nice, economical way to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks!

Bay Point is a wonderful condominium complex located at the end of Horseshoe Bend by land and at the 10 mm by water. Avoid the larger crowds at this smaller condo complex! It has a magnificent view of the main channel from their well-maintained heated swimming pool. Plenty of lounge seating for soaking up the sun, and also table seating under a large shade tree. There are four docks available for your use to fish or dock your boat. Boat slip rental of various sizes is available at an additional fee. Due to insurance, no grills of any type are allowed around the condo buildings. There is an area with a covered pavilion with plenty of charcoal barbecue grills and picnic tables for everyone's use. We have other condos available for rent if you need additional space for family or friends. The condo is located in a residential area only minutes away from numerous activities and restaurants by car or by boat. Convenient office nearby for check in and check out and to be available during your stay. Boat launch and trailer parking also available at office location. Quiet hours 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. MAXIMUM IS 2 ADULTS BOTH OVER AGE 28, IN KING BED ONLY.

We come down to Lake of the Ozarks yearly. This was a wonderful property to stay at. The dock and pool or fantastic and easy to use. Will definitely be back to this property. The hosts were amazing and made this day is easy and comfortable as possible.

Great one bedroom condo with king bed.

The condo was in great condition, very clean, well stocked and furnished. Just the right size for a couple - spacious living room, kitchen, bedroom with king bed, and washer/dryer. Great covered deck close to water with great view. Convenient gas grill just outside the front door. Highly recommend this condo. Will stay here again.

Great Condo!

What a great condo. It was perfect for my husband and I and was equipped with everything we needed. Loved being able to wake up to a floor to ceiling window overlooking the Lake. Patio was great as well and we did use the bbq grills two of the nights that we stayed. Condo was very, very clean and had a bonus of a washer and dryer. Will definitely go back again and stay.

Nice to be on the lake

Property owners were great ... condo was average condition and there was 2 flights of steps to climb which is why I gave it a 3.... Price was right for the property as it was right on the lake!

We apologize that at Bay Point the lower level is the only place where they built one bedroom condos. It is several steps down from the parking lot, which we tried to state in the description. On the plus side the one bedroom condos are very close to the water's edge.

Everything we could have wanted

My BFF and I needed a getaway - and this condo delivered. We went “off-season” which meant no lines for a helicopter tour of the area, haunted cavern tour, and shops/restaurants. The view from the balcony let us watch boats, turtles, and leaping fish. The fully appointed kitchen was helpful in that we didn’t have to drive into town for every meal, and the TVs/wi-fi allowed us to relax with a movie each evening. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

We come out to Ozarks every year for my July birthday. We live in Iowa ,so we usually check in later in the evening . We found out with this condo you can only check in between 9-9 . I would have been very upset if we drive all the way out there and paid for a room and then have to wait till the next day . We haven’t ever had a key . The room was ok , partial view with big tree blocking bedroom view . We did rent a boat and was happy they had a slip for rent . I also found it very odd I paid on app with security deposit , yet the managers needed additional credit card . It is 20 mins from everything icecrem , restaurants, everything . Curvy , dark deer road . The icyjng on cake , when we checked out , which I don’t do in a condo , I was expressing the frustrations we had and asking if we came at 111:0 pm and paid I couldn’t check in and the mans words to me ; this is our peek season find another place . So with that being said we won’t be coming back . Don’t recommend

We have 13 condos that we rent and have done rentals for over 22 years. It runs very smoothly and we meet a lot of wonderful people. However, this person came in argumentative upon arriving and departing. Obviously she did not read our check in times or procedure to come to an office to pick up keys. She accepted the "house rules" upon booking which states check in is between 3pm and 9pm. Despite our repeated efforts, communication was terrible. We had told her twice in the the 24 hours prior that it was a 3:00 pm check in and to come to our office. Yet she went to the condo complex at 11:25 am expecting to be able to use a key pad and enter the condo. She stated that she has always rented a condo where there was a key code or box. As with many lodging establishments we ask to have a credit card number on file. There are restaurants as close as 5 minutes away and the condo is 10 minutes away from the strip on Bagnell Dam with numerous restaurants and activities. We wish her the best in the future.

Nice Weekend getaway

Kevin and Becky were very nice to work with and very and helpful The condo is really cute and there is a great lake view off the deck. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the deck and watch the boats and water activity. Bay Point is approximately 20+ minutes from main restaurants and activities. Beware - if you have weak knees or heavy luggage: there are 28 steps from the parking lot down to the condo. (If you go down a different staircase, you can eliminate 2-3 steps) The sliding screen door to the balcony does not slide easily and the screen is ripped around the handle. You are expected to clean all dishes and put away before you leave. However, some of the silverware in the drawers were dirty. How does it get verified that everything is cleaned when the cleaning service doesn't put dishes away themselves? All other condos we've stayed at only have you load and turn on the dishwasher before you leave. The bed is uncomfortable and the box springs are making horrible creaking noises with every move or turn; however, the Recliner is nice to sleep on. You get only 2 rolls of toilet paper, so you must bring more.

Thank you for staying at our condo. We adjusted the squeezy bed and lubricated the screen door. Newer models of dishwashers are now taking over 2 or more hours to run, which the cleaning people cannot wait that long to unload. Hopefully people will understand. There are restaurants on Horseshoe Bend as well that are only 5 to 10 minutes away. Thank you for the kind comments as well.

What you see in the photos is what you get when you get there. Clean as can be!! Quiet!! Plan on going back next year! Perfect for a couple. It is not too close to things but not far enough away to things to keep you from not going anywhere. We did not mind as we were not planning on leaving the condo. Loved our stay.

Great place for a couple on a getaway!!

The condo is well taken care of and apportioned perfectly if you choose to eat in and cook for yourselves. The amenities provided are more than adequate and all you need to do is bring yourselves and swimming suits. Kevin and Becky do a wonderful job at cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the unit. The entire complex is neat and clean and the other owners are all very friendly. We went to the pool and spoke with several people and all made us feel like they've known us for years. The view from the pool deck overlooks a main channel where you can watch all the boats race by and the jet skiers jumping at all the waves in the water. All things considered, it is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very peaceful and quiet and all day and night. Local restaurants are just a few miles away and plentiful for whatever your taste buds desire. If you're looking for souvenirs, the Osage Beach shops are just 7 miles away. If you're looking for the perfect place to rest and relax, look no further. This condo, complex and location has it all!!!

We have been coming to the Lake of the Ozarks for over 30 years. This was the perfect condo complex and location for us! Bay Point is a smaller complex with great people! Great view of the lake from condo and especially the pool. The property management for this condo is conveniently nearby, within walking distance, and available through out your stay.

Bay Point is a smaller complex with only 5 buildings so it is not as crowded as other condo complexes and is convenient to the pool and docks. Everyone at the condo complex are so friendly!

What made us fall in love with this condo is that no matter where you are in the condo you have a great view of the lake! It is a cozy condo in a nice quiet area where we can go out in the morning for a stroll.
