Leider war ein Rollos 5 von 7 Tagen defekt und deshalb konnten wir nur zu 50% die Aussicht genießen ! Auch die Spülmaschine und die Abluft im Badezimmer war defekt ,ist nach Beanstandung aber repariert worden,leider für uns am 5.von 7 Tagen haben auf Entschädigung gewartet Leider….. Ute Kablitz

Liebe Gäste,
es tut uns sehr leid, dass es ein technisches Problem gegeben hat. Es haben alle Beteiligten so schnell wie möglich versucht hier Abhilfe zu schaffen, leider waren die Materialien bei den Handwerkerfirmen nicht so schnell lieferbar.
Der Wunsch nach einer Entschädigung hat bei uns leider nicht vorgelegen, aber auch da hätten natürlich direkt vor Ort gerne die Angelegenheit im Austausch mit dem Eigentümer geklärt.
