North Topsail’s most adorable 5 bed vacation rental home available! Vacation in your own private oasis of a home with unparalleled views of the Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway! The views from all 3 stories of this home are breathtaking, and the elevator makes access to them all so convenient.

The home boasts ~2,300 sq ft of fabulous island living and consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 and 1/2 baths, waterproof floors, spacious eat-in kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar, featuring stainless steel appliances, a bright and airy open floor plan with living and dining areas, flat screen HDTV’s in every bedroom, and don't forget the backdrop of the ocean.

Our home includes ample bedrooms to comfortably sleep your family. With three master suites and elevator access to all floors, it really caters to the needs of the entire family. The six outdoor decks (yes, there are really six of them) really allow the incredible views of the ocean and the sound to be enjoyed. Fantastic!!!

Valentine's get away

Our group of friends enjoyed another stay at HighSeas. It is a great cottage. The weather was a little iffy at times, so we stayed in most of the time and enjoyed our time together. The elevator was a little finicky at times, and two of the dining room chairs need to be tightened up.Neither of these things detracted from the trip. We hope to stay again next year. We love this place.

Perfect Beach House

Views from every room in the house were spectacular. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 little ones. Grandkids loved the bunkroom and the toy box. Centrally located and easy to get to restaurants, icecream, golf. The best part was that we pracically had our own private beach every day. Very clean and surpassed our expectations.

Amazing!

The property was spacious and clean plenty of room for my whole family (12 people aged 1-55). It was so kid friendly with a high chair, crib, and plenty of toys. The location was absolutely perfect with private beach access just steps away. I had trouble checking in (completely my fault) and Jon was so kind to help us and let us check in a little early. We will absolutely come stay again!

Great House, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Great house, great condition, great host. There is a private beach "access" for the house that was not well advertised, but a great bonus. It is located not far to the SW of the house. Please note that linens and towels are not included, which was a bit odd in my opinion. You can bring your own or rent them. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Getaway!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Our family takes a long weekend beach trip each fall and it's always the best of times spent with all of our daughters, their husbands and our grandkids. This beach house was perfect for us and the ocean made the best backdrop for our family photos. The many views from the different decks of the sun rising over the ocean each morning was a beautiful thing. We appreciated all of the amenities available in this home and will absolutely look to return next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We'll be back...

Friends Winter Beach Retreat

We were very pleased with High Seas. It accommodated our group of nine senior adults very well. We really liked the elevator. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The views were beautiful. We plan to return next year if it is available. We loved it!!! Just a couple of suggestions: Some mirriors in the bedrooms would be nice. For us old folks some grab bars in the bathtubs would be great. Large flatware serving spoons would be helpful in the kitchen.

Wonderful Beach Stay!

We loved Jon’s beautiful beach house! It was perfect for our large extended family (14 people). Ample bedrooms and beds for everyone. The elevator made loading and unloading cars a breeze and was a big part of us booking this house versus others. Large living space and very spacious kitchen for prepping and serving food. HUGE table that was perfect for crafts and board/card games. Private beach access where we left our beach chairs at the end of each day so we didn’t have to take them to/from the house each time. Truly a wonderful place! Do not hesitate to book! Jon was prompt in answering the few questions we had and we had a lovely week in North Topsail!

Friends Winter Topsail Weekend 2024

Our friends group has a long weekend trip every year. This is our second year at Highseas. We love the cottage. It is clean and convienent for our group of senior aged friends. We love the elevator for loading and unloading. The cottage is well equiped with just about everything for cooking and relaxing. We love the views of the ocean and the sound. Just a heads up for the owners, the handrail for the outside stairs is broken, and could cause an accident if someone is not careful when using the stairs. We used the elevator most of the time so it wasn't a big issue for us this time. Other than that all was well. We loved our stay, and hope to be back next year! Thanks!!!

Fantastic home for a large family vacation!

This home is fantastic! Scott was great to deal with and answered any questions we had promptly. We arrived to a stately home overlooking the beautiful beaches of Topsail. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was nice and wide with a private dune walkover. There was plenty of parking and the home was nicely landscaped. The home was colorful and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for all to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need to make dinner for a crowd. This kitchen was the best stocked of any home we’ve rented. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfy. Decks were large and great for enjoying the beautiful views of the Atlantic as well as the sound on the other side. Elevator worked flawlessly and made easy work of grocery and luggage load in. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Best Beach House Ever!!!

Thirteen members of our extended family spent last week at High Seas. Our ages ranged from 3 years to 68 years. The house is perfect for any age or stage of life. The layout allows privacy as well as multiple places to gather together. There are no words to describe just how fantastic the house and porches are. There are many steps, but that did not present a problem because of the convenient elevator. There were amenities galore. We didn't lack for anything. Loved the outside showers and more than ample parking area. The kitchen was well stocked and the house is furnished beautifully. Maybe most importantly, the beds were comfortable and the house so clean. Scott was a pleasure with whom to work. He was very responsive and so helpful. The views from every direction and all rooms were superb. Obviously we had a more than fantastic time in this super fantastic house!

Nice house but....

needs upkeep. We paid a cleaning fee but the house was not cleaned. Trash in some of the cans, sand and debris on the kitchen floors, table was sticky, many stains on the mattress pads, mold under the sink as there was no caulk between sink and counter top so water went under sink. Outdoor light was laying on the ground with electrical wires exposed. Couches are old and show alot of wear. Outdoor shower door was broken and laying in the shower area. As an owner of a rental, this place has not been kept current. Otherwise, this place would be ideal. Contacted VRBO about these issues who said they would contact the owner and get back to us. Never heard from anyone. Disappointing.

A Dreamy Oasis by the Sea

Our stay at this sea-view beach house was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the sheer beauty of the location. We spent our days building sandcastles with the kids, exploring nearby tide pools, and taking long walks along the pristine beach. This beach house exceeded our wildest vacation expectations. If you're looking for a tranquil escape in a setting that feels like it's straight out of a postcard, this is it. We left with hearts full of gratitude for such a remarkable experience and memories that will last a lifetime. We're already counting the days until our next visit to this seaside paradise!
