Adequate but beware

The property met our needs but the owner tried to charge us double after we had booked the place, claiming we only booked one room and we needed to book another room to handle all 4 persons who were to stay there. The problem was that the VRBO advertisement describing the property stated it could sleep up to 5 people having three beds. I finally had to get VRBO customer service on the line to deal with the dispute. After that, the problem was solved.
