The combined living and dining area naturally brings together living, dining, and relaxation. The day begins with coffee at the dining table and ends peacefully in an armchair or on the sofa. Large windows let in plenty of light and create a pleasant living atmosphere.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to enjoy hassle-free culinary moments: A ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are all provided—everything you need, without any excess.

The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, two sinks, a mirror, a hair dryer, and a window. Bright, functional, and pleasant—perfect for a relaxing start to the day.

Your private patio with patio furniture is your spot in the fresh air. You also have access to a lovingly landscaped community garden with a pond, a lawn for lounging, and sun loungers—ideal for reading, sunbathing, or simply doing nothing.

Parking information.

Arnis is small and special. Parking spaces in town are reserved for residents. You can pull up right in front of the house to load and unload. A public paid car park is located at the town entrance. A shelter is available for bicycles you bring with you.
