Beautiful panoramic view on the lake towards Ascona and far until Italy, the opposite Brissago islands and the mountains. Lake side, large balcony with furniture. Indoor swimmingpool (ca. 5x15m, open all year round) with small outdoor terrace and sauna for common use. Elevator. Driveway until house, reserved parking space in garage. Bus stop ca.100m. Shops ca. 3 km. Lake with beach ca. 2km. Bed, kitchen linen available. Washing machine for private use. Pets permitted.
3½-room flat for 4 persons, 3rd floor.
Entrance and hall. Living room with dining table, sofa, satelite-TV, Hi Fi, wireless internet and exit on the covered lake-side balcony with beautiful view.
