Beautiful, renovated rustico in typical style at the entrance to the Maggia Valley
House for single use.
Avegno is the first village at the entrance of the Maggia valley, about 7 km from Locarno. The nearby river Maggia invites you to great swimming. Completely rebuilt in 2013 in typical rustic style with mountains view, it is located on the edge of the village and adjacent to the piazza. In front of the living room there is a seating area with granite stone floor and garden furniture as well as garden with play/sunbathing lawn, all for private use. Car access until house. Some public parking spaces back of the house, some more next to the bus stop at about 100 m. River with swimming possibilities about 400m. Shops about 5km. Bed/kitchen linen and baby cot available. Pets not permitted.
3-room house for 4 persons, on 2 floors
Contemporary furniture. Ground floor: living/dining room with divan, dining table, Sweden oven, Blu-Ray-TV (no TV Channels) and open kitchen with modern cooking combination with e-ceramic stove, exit to the garden area. Bathroom with tub/toilet. Stairway to the upper floor. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 french bed (140cm).
