Direct beach access, walking distance to 3~ 4 star restaurants, 2 championship 18 hole golf courses, state of the art practice facility, 2 pools oceanside, Gym, Marina, Equestrian center ( beach rides), Tennis complex, and charming downtown Charleston a short drive. Not all Atriums are created equal, both in terms of interior, but also ~ WHERE THE VILLA IS LOCATED IN THE BUILDING !!! This villa is an UPSTAIRS extended end unit, as opposed to an interior or retracted end unit. The reason this is important ~ PRIVACY !!! With the retracted end units, as folks walk up/down the stairs they can look right onto the deck and into both bedrooms. With our UPSTAIRS Extended End Villa, you will not be sandwiched between two units, nor will you have other decks looking back at you, or folks looking in as they walk up or down the stairs !!! This is also a HIGH END PET FRIENDLY VILLA ~ why should anyone be penalized because they have 4 legged family members !!!! What a wonderful and relaxing trip! We loved our stay here and the location couldn’t have been better! The condo was clean and comfortable and the views from the balcony were amazing. We very much appreciated the views over the water and the easy access to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The villa was clean and fresh with some really lovely accents like the stained-glass windows in the master bedroom and THE most adorable painting of a dog. The directions provided were concise and very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect weather, perfect rental for our family of 5 (including 3 x 20 aged children). Location just doesn’t get any better, directly across from Seabrook Island Club (pool), the beach….everything w/in a few seconds walk! Condo was Very Nicely appointed, everything in working order which made our stay that much easier! Owner was always very responsive and helpful! Very easy to communicate with and work with!! The villa is ideal for a beachfront location. Close to the pool and beach. The views cannot be beat. The villa was clean, comfortable beds and everything you need to live comfortably. The perfect place!

We love this property! Have stayed here numerous times and it’s AMAZING every time. It’s the perfect location. Great access to beach and pool. Very nice property; directly across from the pool and ocean. Quiet and nice building. Clean and very comfy bed. The balcony is really nice with nice furniture. The property manager Sherri is great! The unit is as described; furniture, bedding, kitchen and baths were nice.

Pretty sure this is the best 2br villa on Seabrook Island.

Excellent top floor villa with a corner deck that gets both sunrise and sunset views. Steps to the beach where you enter as the Edisto River meets to the Atlantic Ocean. Open the windows and you hear the surf.

Pet friendly, Nice, clean villa with great views. The pool is right across the street with a sandy area for the kids. July at Seabrook Island

I think I have found the perfect beach vacation destination for my family at the Atrium Villas at Seabrook Island. The property was perfect for my family of 4 (two young children, my wife, and myself), plus a set of grandparents, and two small dogs. Plenty of room and everything we needed to vacay. We tend to cook alot of our meals on vacation and were able to do so. The outdoor space is huge and we spent our mornings enjoying our breakfast with great views of the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a decent size and worked for what we needed. The beach club (pools, restaurant, cafe, etc) and pool access were just across the street, making it easy to go back and forth at will. Seabrook Island itself felt fun, safe, and the dog friendly-est beach Ive ever been to. There is more to do there than what we were able to fit in in one week. We look forward to coming back. Lastly, everyone we interacted with at the pools, beach, etc, were kind and respectful. Great trip

Why they chose this property

My Mom and I traveled to the island in 2012 and stayed at the Atrium Villas and loved the convenience to the amenities on the Island. The island is pet friendly, the beaches are beautiful and not crowded. I purchased a villa after vacationing only four times. Everyone on the Island is so friendly and welcoming. The views at the villa are spectacular sunrise to sunset. The night sky is filled with stars. We hope you will consider staying with us.

Parking in a shaded garage area directly beneath the property. Elevators are available. The extended deck offers privacy and shaded areas.
