Direct beach access, walking distance to 3~ 4 star restaurants, 2 championship 18 hole golf courses, state of the art practice facility, 2 pools oceanside, Gym, Marina, Equestrian center ( beach rides), Tennis complex, and charming downtown Charleston a short drive. Not all Atriums are created equal, both in terms of interior, but also ~ WHERE THE VILLA IS LOCATED IN THE BUILDING !!! This villa is an UPSTAIRS extended end unit, as opposed to an interior or retracted end unit. The reason this is important ~ PRIVACY !!! With the retracted end units, as folks walk up/down the stairs they can look right onto the deck and into both bedrooms. With our UPSTAIRS Extended End Villa, you will not be sandwiched between two units, nor will you have other decks looking back at you, or folks looking in as they walk up or down the stairs !!! This is also a HIGH END PET FRIENDLY VILLA ~ why should anyone be penalized because they have 4 legged family members !!!! Really nice property

Very nice property; directly across from the pool and ocean. Quiet and nice building. Clean and very comfy bed. The balcony is really nice with nice furniture. The property manager Sherri is great! The unit is as described; furniture, bedding, kitchen and baths were nice.

Delightful

Condo was very clean with perfect access to the pool & beach. The patio gave us full view of beach, pool, and ocean. Communication prior to our visit & during the week was responded to very promptly. Sherri was the great host. Just a perfect week for our family of 6. We look forward to coming again.

This Atrium villa has a wonderful view of both the ocean and the Edisto river. Terrific location and the owner is so wonderful to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

Fabulous condo, great view, very helpful owners!

We loved Sea Brook Island! Very quiet resort with great amenities close by! A lot to do, the beach and pool were close and never too crowded, loved the work out facility, rode bikes on the beach, great restaurants and shopping close. We will return!!

Pretty sure this is the best 2br villa on Seabrook Island.

Excellent top floor villa with a corner deck that gets both sunrise and sunset views. Steps to the beach where you enter as the Edisto River meets to the Atlantic Ocean. Open the windows and you hear the surf.

Great beach villa

From the moment you step in, it is obvious why there are all 5 star reviews. The property is immaculate, and all the little details have been worked out. The towels are soft and fluffy, the coffee cups hold a generous amount, and the furnishings make you” at home” comfortable. Your Host is the most responsive ever. All my inquiries were about the island, as the Villa didn’t lack a thing. Sherri responds like a friend who has been waiting for you to arrive. I love Seabrook, and have stayed many times. Can’t imagine a nicer place, and I hope to stay there again

Stay Here!

This was our first time visiting Seabrook Island. The condo was in a great location. Steps away from the beach, pool, coffee shop, golf course. Locally, there are a few restaurants and a shopping center. The grounds are beautiful and the location is quiet. Linda was an ideal host-quick to respond and provided great information. We loved that the condo had an enormous deck, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Towels and beach chairs are located just across the street so we did not need to take anything with us.

Beautiful place

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the huge balcony and the great layout. We were able to put out toddler in the front bedroom, and it was quiet and dark enough for her to sleep well. The beds in the bedroom off the balcony were not the most comfortable, but the views made up for it. We had an issue with the cleaning when we first got there, but Linda and the property management company were awesome and took care of everything immediately! We definitely come back to this property. And Seabrook as a whole is a great vacation destination—very relaxing!

Convenience in Paradise

Highly recommend this lovely condo. The outdoor deck has beautiful views of the ocean and is private - no one walking up the stairs can see you. It is across the street from the beach, pool and clubhouses with places to eat, snacks. We didn't spend any time at the pool due to COVID, but it looked very nice. The beach has wide stretches at low tide and you can walk for miles. The interior of the condo is just right and the beds were very comfy. Linda was very flexible and helpful. We hope to return!

Beautiful view, close to beach and pool, clean

Everything was just great. The unit was very clean, comfortable, private, had a great view, and had everything we needed. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach or the pool. During high tide, this part of the beach is completely submerged, but a short walk/drive up to some of the other boardwalks gets you plenty of beach. The largest beach we saw was between boardwalks 1 and 3. The walk up the beach from boardwalk 1 up to the inlet was beautiful and the kids loved finding shells there. We hoped to see some dolphins strand feeding but weren't lucky enough.

Comfort and Convenience

We stayed at the condo for the first time 8 years ago and we were astonished to find that it has not aged a day! This piece of paradise is incredibly well maintained, has the outdoor porch that dreams are made of and is steps away from everything that makes Seabrook magical! Sherri is a top notch communicator taking care of any needs ASAP! The checkin/out process is so easy (especially with Sherri’s detailed information)! Plus, the condo was so clean upon arrival that this germaphobe could settle right in! We can’t wait to come back!

Extremely nice rental

We stayed the week of July 4th. The unit was very nice and extremely clean. We were able to relax and enjoy our time as a family. The beds were comfortable. The unit had a well stocked kitchen with all the things you needed to cook. You do have to cross the street to get to the pool and beach. It is not as close as it appears in the listing pictures. The only cons were, not the owners fault, the $5 charge per towel per day at the pool and not being able to take a cooler to the pool.

Relaxing on Seabrook

This is the 3rd condo we have stayed in at Atrium Villas. This unit was on the second floor, which made it great for quiet as well as views. We love the outdoor large patio which is partially covered giving guests the option of being in the sun or shade. The unit was furnished with all essentials. The ocean view is spectacular, proximity to the golf courses was so convenient, and having the large pool and restaurant across the street was amazing. The owner was accommodating and always responsive. We would consider renting this unit again in the future. Eric & Linda Sliger

Another Great Trip!

This is our fourth time staying at this property and it always exceeds our expectations. The location, views, and amenities are wonderful. But the owner is even better. Sherri is great and so easy to communicate with. We had two small issues during our stay and both were quickly resolved. First, one of the showers was draining slowly causing water to back up. Sherri had maintenance out later the same day to repair it. Secondly, one of the beach chairs broke during use. While not expected, Sherri had two new chairs delivered via Amazon two days later. You really can’t do any better than this property and we are already looking forward to next year!

An Oasis in an Oasis!

An Oasis in an Oasis! I have been to Seabrook Island before, and it always exceeded my vacation expectations. However this was my first time at this Atrium Condo. From the moment I walked through the door I was ecstatic over the gorgeous decor and endless views. The balcony wraps around the unit, with entrances from one bedroom and the living and dining rooms, so sunshine is only a step away. It’s decorated in soft hues, perfect for the beach. The kitchen is high end, and all the furniture is so well appointed, even the kitchen stools! The condo was so bright, even on a couple of dreary days. A big plus was the elevator and the oversized luggage trolleys. It made moving in a cinch. There’s always lots to do at Seabrook and nearby Charleston, but to come “home” to this condo each day was an absolute pleasure.

Seabrook Island Villa

This was our annual family vacation and our first trip to Seabrook Island. We are a family of four with two young adult daughters, and a Cocker Spaniel. After spending a week on Seabrook Island, I could find no other place on the island I would rather be. The location of this Villa is absolutely perfect if you wish to have quick easy access to the beach, a beautiful pool, incredible views from the Villa, and be in an overall "tranquil" environment. I was amazed how private and quiet the location of this Villa was. As for inside the Villa, it's beautiful! Everything inside (kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, appliances, and etcetera) appears to be new. It is very obvious the owners care about providing the best vacation experience possible for their lease customers. Also from my first contact with the owner, Linda was very prompt with providing all information necessary for securing the Villa for our trip, gaining access to Seabrook Island upon our arrival, accessing the Villa, and answering all questions I had along the way. Also, Linda made every continued effort to let us know she was available during our stay in case we had any questions, problems, or concerns (which we did not). There is much to do in nearby Charleston as one would expect. However, there is enough to do right on Seabrook Island to where you really never need to leave. Everything about our family vacation to Seabrook Island this year was exceptional! This is largely due to luckily coming across Linda and Sherry's Villa. Although we like to pick different vacation destinations each year, this one will be hard to beat. I know we will return to Seabrook Island again sometime. I just hope this Villa will still be available when we do.

Beautiful villa and prime location

The villa is ideal for a beachfront location. Close to the pool and beach. The views cannot be beat. The villa was clean, comfortable beds and everything you need to live comfortably. The owner was so accommodating and shared special event info. You know this owner wants her guests to have a great vacation.

My Mom and I traveled to the island in 2012 and stayed at the Atrium Villas and loved the convenience to the amenities on the Island. The island is pet friendly, the beaches are beautiful and not crowded. I purchased a villa after vacationing only four times. Everyone on the Island is so friendly and welcoming. The views at the villa are spectacular sunrise to sunset. The night sky is filled with stars. We hope you will consider staying with us.
