It is centrally located, just a ten-minute walk from the beach. The city centre and the train station are also within a ten-minute walk. The nearest bus stop is just a five-minute walk away.

Thanks to its south-facing orientation, the apartment is particularly bright and sunny. From 11:30 a.m. until sunset, sunlight streams into the rooms. Thanks to triple-glazed windows, the apartment remains pleasantly quiet.

The furnishings were selected with great attention to detail. The new kitchen, installed in early 2025, is equipped with high-quality Miele appliances. An AEG washing machine is available in the bathroom. The sofa bed can be pulled out to provide a comfortable place to sleep. The beds are fitted with high-quality Schlaraffia mattresses.

Entertainment is also taken care of. The apartment has Wi-Fi and Netflix, so nothing stands in the way of cosy evenings. An underground parking space for the car and a bicycle storage room are available to guests. In addition, there are two bicycles that can be used free of charge.

The building has two lifts—one large and one small—making the apartment easily accessible.

A special highlight is the spacious communal terrace, located one floor above. From there, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Eckernförde skyline. The terrace is accessible at any time with the master key.

The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for recreational activities. There are beautiful bike paths that lead, for example, to Windebyer Noor or further on towards Schleswig.
