The villa features a southern exposure, giving you sun all day on the spacious terrace and heated pool – even in winter.

Recently in 2025 renovated with modern design and thoughtful details, the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen – perfect for longer stays or a relaxing Florida getaway.

With three bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms, Villa Tropical Sun comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Shops and restaurants are just a short drive away.

Please note: Out of respect for our neighbors, the home is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. We welcome guests who value peace, comfort, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Important Information for Your Stay:
- high season (January 1st to March 31th) have a minimum rental period of 21 nights.
– A weekly electricity allowance of $15.00 is already included in the rental price. At check-in, the current meter reading will be recorded. Any additional electricity consumption will be charged at $0.18 per kWh and must be paid directly at check-out.
– Of course, you are welcome to receive visitors during your stay. However, overnight stays are only permitted for the guests listed in the booking. Additional guests may be added upon request and for an extra charge.
– A security deposit of $500 is due at check-in and must be paid in cash. Payment by credit card is possible upon request and subject to an additional processing fee.
