Bright 137 sqm apartment in a quiet, scenic area, 1.5 km from the town center, Cerro beach, and main services and transport. Just 40 minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport. The accommodation features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Enjoy a beautiful balcony for summer evenings with views of Sasso del Ferro, the symbolic mountain of Laveno Mombello. Located on the first floor of a building with three independent apartments; the owners live on the ground floor and personally welcome guests on arrival. This is not a hotel: no 24/7 reception. No towel change or cleaning during your stay; washing machine available. No air conditioning; two fans provided. Perfect for families or longer stays with self-catering.

This vacation apartment offers a shared outdoor space for relaxation. The property is conveniently located near various transport options, including trains to Milan, ferries to Intra, Stresa, and the Borromean Islands, as well as buses. Nearby you will find Cerro beach, supermarkets, restaurants, a laundromat, and bars. On-site parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, smoking indoors and parties are prohibited. Two friendly dogs live outside, separated by a fence. Wi-Fi is available. Four outdoor cameras with audio monitor the gate, house facades, and garage. An electric vehicle charging station is available, free of charge during certain hours from April to October. The property’s electricity comes from solar panels.

Pros: Wir hatten zum zweiten Mal eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Renata und Matteo. Der Kontakt war ganz unkompliziert und äußerst zuvorkommend. Als Familie mit kleinen Kindern wurden wir ganz herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns immer willkommen. Die Wohnung und Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, alles äußerst sauber, man muss sich einfach direkt wohlfühlen. Der Blick und der Balkon ist einzigartig. Nur der Abschied fällt einem schwer…Es gibt’s wirklich nichts was man bemängeln kann. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit!

Beter kan niet

Pros: Al bij aankomst stond de gastvrouw op ons te wachten en legde zij alles heel goed uit. Tijdens ons hele verblijf was ze altijd beschikbaar per whatsapp of persoonlijk. Ze heeft ons met veel zaken geholpen, bezoek ziekenhuis, auto laten repareren, maar ook tips om te bezoeken in de omgeving. Het appartement is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, modern, leuk ingericht en brandschoon bij aankomst. Prima badkamers, uitstekende bedden, tiptop ingerichte keuken. Auto opladen overdag was zeer welkom. De ligging is geweldig, ten opzichte van het Lago maggiore en andere mogelijkheden voor een leuk verblijf. kortom het was het beste van het beste en voor de gastvrouw kunnen we alleen maar een hele diepe buiging maken en haar veel complimenten geven. we zijn haar veel dank verschuldigd. Fabuloso apartamento nuevo, moderno y confortable.

Pros: El apartamento es nuevo, grande y amueblado con mucho gusto. La cocina tiene todo como si estuviera en mi propia casa. Muchos utensilios, no falta nada. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto y ya es la segunda vez que reservamos este apartamento. Renata es muy amable y siempre pendiente por si necesitábamos algo. La zona es muy tranquila, con vistas bonitas. Es el mejor apartamento donde nos hemos alojado! Lo recomiendo!
