Villa Maison Lagune bleue (3-star rating), accommodating up to 4–5 people, is situated in the Résidence Le Clos des Pins in Gruissan – right on the Lagune du Grazel and just a few steps from the beach. The peaceful, virtually car-free location, with access to the pedestrian promenade, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing break by the Mediterranean.
Newly renovated in 2025. The house is comfortably furnished for couples and families and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned: living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms. On the ground floor is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A cosy living area with a sofa, table, TV with ASTRA/SAT German and international channels, all French channels via Orange TV, and fast Wi-Fi provide additional comfort.
The sunny south-west-facing terrace, complete with garden furniture, sunshades and an outdoor shower, is perfect for relaxing and spending time outdoors.
Shops, restaurants, bars and a bakery are all within 3 minutes’ walk.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet und die Nähe zum Strand ist einfach nur genial.Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin verlief immer herzlich und keine Fragen blieben offen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.
