This charming and uniquely furnished 3-room holiday home combines personal flair with family-friendly amenities. It features two floors (maisonette) and stands out with its carefully selected decor. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and one child.
The modern living room, equipped with a stereo system, radio, TV, and satellite receiver, as well as a cosy corner couch, invites you to relax. A spacious dining table seats 4–6 people. The south-facing balcony, furnished with garden furniture, offers a wonderful view of the garden. The spacious kitchen is stylishly equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, and Cafissimo machine. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a rattan sofa, a wardrobe, and a travel cot. From here, you have a side view of the Baltic Sea. The smaller bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a chest of drawers. The staircase is equipped with child safety gates. Two high chairs and a handcart are available.
A private outdoor parking space is available right in front of the front door. Wi-Fi is included.

Bei einer Unterkunft für 4 Pers. hätte ich für den Balkon schon 4 Sitzgelegenheiten erwartet, waren nur 2 Gartenstühle vorhanden.
Insgesamt renommierten gasbedürftig. Wasserhahn in Küche wackelt, kaum Haken im Bad, nur 1! Steckdose im Bad, Teppich der 2. Treppenstufe zerrissen.
Hätte ich für den Preis nicht erwartet.

Sehr ruhige Wohnung, die aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ein kaputter Stuhl, Kaffeemaschinen sind undicht (Wasser läuft aus), Tischsets müssten mal erneuert werden, Teppichboden auf der Treppe ist ausgefranst. Auch das Parkett im Wohnraum sollte mal geschliffen werden.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und man kann zu Fuß alles sehr gut erreichen. Es fehlt definitiv ein Kleiderschrank, Wäscheständer und eine Informationsmappe ( Hausmeisterservice, Müllentsorgung ,etc.).
