With a living area of approximately 41 m², 2 separate bedrooms, and a large terrace, this tastefully decorated 3-room holiday home offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 4 people.

The holiday home is lovingly furnished and exudes a casual Nordic charm with its light colours and nautical details. The light-filled, open living area is bright and cosy and, with a comfortable sofa and a dining area for four people, offers a great gathering space for the whole family. A flat-screen TV with a soundbar, a Blu-ray player, internet, DAB Plus radio, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment even on rainy days. The adjacent kitchen is integrated into the living area and features amenities such as a ceramic cooktop, microwave (combination unit with oven function), dishwasher, and fully automatic coffee maker. The bathroom, bathed in natural light, is stylishly equipped with an illuminated mirror cabinet, a toilet, a low-entry shower, and a heated towel rack. In one bedroom, a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep, and the closet offers ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with two separate single beds (90x200 cm each) and a closet. Pleated blinds provide pleasant blackout coverage in the bedrooms.

Look forward to your spacious and partially covered terrace—with an area of approximately 18 m², high-quality outdoor furniture, a parasol, and a gas grill—the outdoor area is perfect for social barbecue evenings or cheerful breakfasts al fresco. The adjoining garden area, at approximately 240 m², also offers plenty of space to play or relax.

You can conveniently park your vehicle right next to the house in your own outdoor parking space. You can store your bicycles safely in the lockable shed. In the holiday home complex, you have access to a shared washing machine and dryer (for a fee). In addition, a sauna house is available for shared use.
