Die Wohnung ist spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Bett und die Matratzen waren schon vor 20 Jahren hier. Kein Gefühl, sondern wir kommen achon seit 20 Jahren hierher. Wir kennen auch mehrere Wohnungen im Haus die moderner und besser gepflegt sind. Hier ist das Beste die Lage, weshalb wir auch immer wieder diese Wohnung gebucht haben.Bettzeug (Decken und Kissen) sind wirklich nicht schön und sind mal zu erneuern. Im Punkto Sauberkeit: Geschirr und Gläser sind verschmutzt und die Fenster wie jedesmal unsauber. Wirklich schade. Man hat den Eindruck: Der Mieter bucht schon, weil die Lage gut ist und der Rest ist egal. Ihre Mitarbeiterin sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Einrichtung (Wohn-Schlafcouch sollte erneuert werden...Teppichboden sollte aus hygienischen Gründen gegen Laminat ausgetauscht werden). Der Balkon machte beim Einzug einen ungepflegten Eindruck...Gras und Unkrautbewuchs sollte entfernt werden. Die Müllcontainer waren ständig überfüllt, sodass der Müll oft in der Gegend herumflog und die Möwen anlockte.
