The apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa, dining area, and a modern LCD TV. From both the living room and the balcony, you have a direct view of the harbour, and you’ll be staying right near the famous swimming and water sports area of Orther Reede (Stehrevier), which is popular with windsurfers and kitesurfers alike. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and a dishwasher takes care of the cleanup. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a chest of drawers. For additional sleeping space, the sofa in the living room can be easily converted into a bed. The modern bathroom features a large sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, and a shower. The hallway has a coat rack and a large closet.

A travel cot and a high chair are available on-site for young guests.

Parking spaces belonging to the complex are available. In addition, shared washing machines and dryers are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included.
