You can easily reach your 2-room holiday apartment via an lift. Located right on the beach and just a few metres from the fine-sand Schöneberger Baltic Sea beach, this holiday rental can accommodate up to 4 people for a relaxing holiday.

Spanning 48 m², the apartment features a living/dining area, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room offers direct access to the balcony. Enjoy the sun here on the balcony until early afternoon. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, 2 nightstands, and reading lamps.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. You can safely store your bicycles in a lockable communal basement/bicycle storage area. A washing machine and dryer are available in the common area for a fee.

You’re welcome to use the complex’s communal sauna, infrared cabin, and fitness room free of charge.
