Welcome to this elegant new villa of 140 m², set on a private and fenced 2,000 m² plot in the heart of Médoc Atlantique. Spacious and bright, it offers you comfort, tranquility, and easy access to the beaches and local activities.

- 1 double bedroom (140 cm bed)
- 1 master bedroom (140 cm bed)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm)
- 2 modern bathrooms with walk-in showers
- 1 separate WC
Fully equipped high-end kitchen: American fridge, steam/convection/microwave ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, food processor, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
Laundry room: washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
Living/dining room: large table, leather sofa, flat-screen TV.
Independent adjoining section (available only from May to end of August):
- Large suite with dressing room
- Private bathroom (shower + bathtub)
- Separate WC
- Small equipped kitchen, cosy living room with sofa, desk, TV
Please note: from the end of August to May, the owner occupies this part of the house; the rental then concerns only the main house.
