It is a penthouse, first floor without lift, it consists of a living room with sofa-bed for two people, a separate kitchen equipped with all appliances, bedroom with double bed and garden views, bathroom with shower, no air conditioning but ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the living room and a private terrace to relax in the evenings.
This accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and additional services include wifi and television.
The outside area has a large garden with sunshade areas, two fenced swimming pools (for children and adults) open from 15th June to 15th September and a paddle tennis court.

The property is located close to the beach, next to the Sancti Petri Hills golf course and Tartessos shopping centre with supermarket open from Monday to Sunday during the summer season, there is a bus stop to La Barrosa beach.

Parties are forbidden and the rest of the neighbourhood must be respected.
