Villa in Kournas with a private pool and a stunning ocean view

Introducing:
Kournas Nature's Nest, a charming holiday rental that promises an idyllic stay surrounded by views of the mountains and the sea.

The Location:
The “Kournas Nature’s Nest” villa is situated on a hill overlooking the Aegean Sea on one side and the White Mountains on the other. The 80-square-meter house can accommodate six (plus two) people. Its three unique bedrooms are spread across a single floor. It is an enchanting place surrounded by natural beauty. Enjoy peace, comfort, and luxury in our fully equipped residence, which was completely renovated in 2023.

The Main House:
All rooms are equipped with their own air conditioning and smart TVs. Wi-Fi is available for your devices and the smart TVs.
When you enter the house, you’ll find a bedroom on the left with a double bed (1.40 × 2) and a view of the White Mountains. On the right is another bedroom with a loft bed (1 × 1.90 each) and the same view. The space continues into a spacious open area consisting of a living room, dining area, and kitchen. On the right is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave. Behind it is the master bedroom with a double bed (1.50 × 2), a closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower stall. On the left is the large living room sofa, and behind it is the house’s main bathroom.
The living area has direct access to the covered porch, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. A small path leads to the swimming pool (9 × 4), from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. Pool towels are, of course, provided.

Small Neighbouring House:

Exciting news for 2024! Our 30 m² house is getting ready for the upcoming season. Imagine a cleverly designed space with a 1.60 x 2 bed, a practical kitchen, a functional bathroom, and a cosy couch. While we can’t show any pictures yet, rest assured that we’ll reveal them at the start of the season. Get ready for a cosy retreat for 2+1 guests with a separate entrance.

The Outdoor Area:
The aesthetically designed outdoor area of the house offers a variety of amenities and places to relax.
Specifically, our outdoor facilities include:
- 36 m² swimming pool
- Covered porch with dining and living area
- BBQ
- Fan
